From our side, we made every effort to resolve the situation by responding promptly, asking for clarification, and offering solutions to ensure a fair outcome. Unfortunately, we were unable to move forward effectively as our questions were not clearly answered and communication remained limited, which made it difficult to resolve the matter together.
As a small business, we always aim to find a solution when issues arise and we remain open to constructive communication at all times. In this case, we ultimately proceeded with a refund to bring the matter to a close.

Ik kreeg op sinterklaas een logo van Amsterdam met de drie Andreas kruizen. Meteen viel me de goede kwaliteit van de patch op. En heb er een aantal besteld die ik op m'n rugzak ga vastnaaien.
