Nice look but poor attachment
Quick delivery and they look nice. But after ironing the patches on the clothing they get loose really quickly.

There was no user manual with the items, the delivery time of the items was also very long.

Vervelend om te zien dat u ons bedrijf met 3-sterren beoordeeld. Wij zien dat uw order besteld is tijden het verhuizen van ons warenhuis. Daarom was de bestelling vertraagd zoals destijds op meerdere plekken aangegeven op onze website. Verder kunt u de handleiding vinden door de QR code op de envelop te scannen met uw telefoon.
Indien er nog verdere problemen zijn willen wij u vragen contact op te nemen met service@leukepatches.nl. Daarnaast willen wij u vriendelijk verzoeken na het lezen van onze reactie de review aan te passen.

Snelle verzending. Patches zijn van goede kwaliteit. Echter bleven ze niet zitten nadat ik ze er op gestreken had, dus heb ik ze vast genaaid.

Super tevreden! De patches waren na 2 dagen gelijk geleverd. Via whatsapp contact gehad over de mogelijkheden. Hierbij wordt er meegedacht met de klant. De patches waren compleet en van goede kwaliteit. Super!!

2 things I would Point out to make process even more efficient.

2. On the website some descriptions were in English and some in Dutch. A little confusing..
1 question: there were different prices displayed for quality. Was it about buying more than five of the same kind/color or general quantity of purchased items?
