I had run out of meds and there was a delay in getting more. Surgery gave me the meds needed urgently and responded within an hour.

I was told that my request was sent during our confirmation and it was not done

The simplicity of Anima negates the need to trouble the practice for an appointment even though that was never difficult but this is very good

Simple to ask and quick to get clarification

Care for the patient was evidently shown and swift response was very impressive, from both Doctors involved along with the receptionist.

Anima isn’t very good in general many I know just use the nhs app instead, both seem to do the same thing which is confusing as to when to use and which one, most of those I know just using the nhs app find it a better set up and easier to use/understand and I have found they’re right in saying that, the nhs app makes sense when you use it and is more comprehensive, the anima app just seems to me that someone is on the make financially out of the nhs already strained budget, I’ve found anima very confusing and stressful to navigate, why have two approaches to the same result but one isn’t totally up to the basic standard it should be?, messy for no logical reasons I prefer the nhs app and hate using anima it’s a wast of precious Nhs cash enriching some soulless company.

A system designed to make the operators a fortune at the expense of the poor consumers who find the whole procedure an irritation at best. All we can wish for is its demise asap

AI is not the way to go! After attempting to submit a brief request to my GP, I found myself being required to respond to NINETEEN questions about my general health! My GP has this information, so why does a third party company need it? Needless to say, I abandoned the site and phoned my GP.

It was impossible for me to book my appointment on anima as I was persistently logged out while I was answering the questions. I had to physically attend the practice to be supported by a member of staff at the reception. I am thankful to Nicky for helping me, otherwise, I would not have been able to get an appointment. Please review your booking system to increase the time and not limit it to one minute.

Easy to use, fast response. No need to contact the surgery by phone or visit about a minor issue (travel vaccination)

1st time I have used this system for myself , only used it on behalf of my son a few months back .
I thought that it would be difficult to ask for medical help/advice on a Friday morning, but completed the form, as have underlying condition .
Within about an hour , I received a response, diagnosis and treatment prescribed .
Very impressed with this system at 1st use -much better than the old phone queues . 👍
