The lady i spoke to was really helpful and took the time to get as much information from me to help my dad, really appreciate the quick responce from our phone call and the concern i felt from her

Despite hating the principle of the process it has worked for me today very well. I have an appointment booked today with my GP after less than 2 hours of submitting request.

My request through Anima was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I submitted at 8.10 am and within 30 minutes my condition was dealt with and a prescription was sent to my chosen pharmacy.

The person involved dealt with my question very quickly and the way I want it to be dealt with.

My experience has never faltered but my Wife's treatment regarding refusal of COVID jab despite her vulnerability due to awaiting a knee op plus her start of dementia awaiting memory clinic appt was 😔

I moved to this doctors surgery around a year ago after being with the same doctors most of my life. I’ll not go into detail of why I left but ever since I became a patient here along with my children I feel like I’m being listened too, things actually get taken seriously and the receptionists don’t speak to you like crap. The response time is brilliant as well, never waiting days to sort things out.

Really glad I made the move I couldn’t be more pleased with their performance.

As soon as my request was put through, I got a quick respond to my request. It was effortless and fast the way the GPs respond to the patients.
