The response was very quick and the process was straightforward and easy to follow. Using the online app is much more convenient than calling the surgery, as it can sometimes take an hour to get through on the phone. The online system is efficient and saves a lot of time. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Good Response time. Staff is really kind.

I have always found the practice very helpful to answer and sort out any concerns I may have. Staff are always pleasant as are the nurses and GPs whenever I have had the need to see them.

Quick response although still don’t know if I’m ok

Was getting really stressed out about receiving sick notes I have to send to get help with benefits due to me unfortunately having to leave my job of 19 years service due to ill health.

It was so easy to navigate and get exactly what I asked for

As experienced I have book appointments online and responded on that day. Which is good! But, unfortunately my appointment due in 8 days I think should be quicker at list 2 to 3 days to attend on My appointment. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Very fast quick response always seen quickly

Never a problem with contacting Grovehurst Surgery, I know how busy and hectic and stressful these days but reception there never show it and always very helpful.

I’ve tried to book an appointment so far I’ve waited four days and heard nothing. The animal app states use the tracker to see the progress of the appointment. I can’t find this tracker anywhere.I’ve tried to rebook only to be told I’ve already booked and I don’t know what is what is going on. It’s very frustrating and I’ve wasted hours trying to use this app.

Really poor system. Would not submit my request as it said I should call 999 for my symptoms. No way was I doing that.

Excellent turnaround from the team at Furnace House, Carmarthen. I was new to the anima system as the surgery had just switch it on but its really good…..saves an awful lot of faffing and the receptionist I spoke to to explain was really great in explaining the process to me. Really easy, straightforward and efficient!!
