Disappointing results overall
We bought the 2 litre bottle as it is a relatively expensive product especially as we had to buy a sprayer too. As others (and the manufacturers to be fair) advised, this tends to work best on newer stains. It removed some awful brown stains from recent plant residue, but performed less effectively on black spots that have appeared over the past 8 years on our granite slabs.
We have two very large patios so we are debating on how much more money we should spend as to be honest, we are disappointed with the initial results as the 2 litre bottle just wasn't enough to cover all areas. We followed the instructions to the letter too.

Black spot that has built up over many years can require multiple treatments to achieve complete removal. This is why we recommend treating a trial slab first, as outlined in our instructions. The trial slab allows you to see how many treatments are required to remove all the spots. This will give you the confidence the product works and an indication of how much product is required to complete the rest of the area.
A 4-litre container treats up to 20 SQM, so a single 2-litre container would not typically be sufficient to treat two large patios. For the best results, the slabs need to be fully saturated. Applying it too thinly over a large area will reduce its effectiveness and make it more difficult to achieve the desired results.

LOVE this product!
Our flagstone patio was so black, mossy, and dirty looking and after using the Black Spot Remover, it looks brand new again! The product is easy to use and is very effective! It does what it days it will do. We highly recommend!
We also bought the Preventer product and look forward to using annually to maintain the look (no pressure washing needed with use of the Preventer). Im attaching before and after pics so you can see the results for yourselves. Note: We forgot to take a pic at the very start. The before pic that is attached is after we power washed once to get as much of the moss and heavy black off as we could. It looked much worse than the pic attached.
Sorry...doesn't look like i can attach pics. If i can figure out at a later date on how to add pics, I will.

Patio Black Spot Remover does what it says! I had never treated our York stone slabs in over 25 years and one application has removed 90% of the problem. A few minor areas will need further treatment but that is to be expected after such a long time.

The Best Product in the World!
I bought Blackspot removal, and had meant to use it but had been too busy. I then saw an ad from them saying that they would come out and do it for me. Our paving slabs were filthy looked 15 years old, when they are only 6 and were really awful. The Black Spot Removal Company came out and did the most fantastic job cleaned them all up and the people who came to do it were very competent and as well as nice. I thoroughly recommend this company and its products as it has made an incredible difference. A big thank you to the Black Spot Removal Company.
