It cleared my natural stone patio of…
It cleared my natural stone patio of 95% of the black spot discolouring. The rest of patio was as new. However, I found the product very expensive for the quantity in the containers.

No need to replace the paving
We thought we were going to have to replace our paving, which is 18 years old standard builders paving, due to the severity of the black mould. However after using this product it is looking really good, very little mould left after one application, we will certainly get a few more years out of it. Highly recommend.

This is our second treatment
This is our second treatment; first was applied by company staff and was immaculate of course. We bought the kit to do it ourselves and it is looking good, but we had to do some manual scrubbing after the jet wash to remove remaining softened stains - possibly we didn't leave it on long enough. It is a great product and would recommend.

Marvellous stuff
Marvellous, having been trying to clean patio for years with various cleaners . At last found PBS remover and it is fantastic.. some tougher patches need more than one application but the difference is remarkable. But don’t wear your good clothes as it will bleach fabric when it splashes up .The patio which is limestone is nearly good as new and it’s 20 years since it was laid . Just need to redo the cement between the pavers now.. !! Thank you PBS remover

Didn't go as far as I thought but I do appreciate that our sprayer wasn't so effective. So now have whiter lines. Willing to try again as I want to see if black spots disappear as promised.

Each 4 litre container will cover 20 square metres if applied with a 5-7 litre sprayer. It’s important to use this type of sprayer otherwise performance will be affected.
We’d recommend you do the trial slab now as mentioned within the instructions. You’ll then have the confidence the product works and know how much product is required to treat the rest of the area.
