Great customer service. Yamila reached to explain an issue with my order and kindly helped me resolve that. She was very informative and helpful!

Horrible website that bounces you from the UK version to the Holland version on big releases. Charge you stupid money for delivery fees and when you order from Holland version of their website their system doesn’t pick it up and put it across to a UK order so you’re hit with ridiculous import fees along with ridiculous delivery charges. I emailed them directly about this and got a cheeky rude reply from whoever was emailing back speaking to me like I was dumb because their website was working the way it should. I should’ve left ordering from patta when they try to get you to 50 odd captcha’s just to place an order on an exclusive release!! First and last time I ever order from patta. Avoid.

My first experience purchasing from Patta, and wow their online support is clearly above the rest. I have never had a refund issue resolved as quickly as this. A response to my email was sent in not even 10 minutes!! I will definitely be be purchasing more from here.

Als groot Patta-fan, herken ik mij niet in de minder goede reviews. Tuurlijk gebeurt het in de praktijk dat er wel eens iets misgaat, maar vaak dan worden er alleen reviews geplaatst. De goede reviews worden wel eens vergeten. Bij de laatste drop heb ik veelvuldig contact gehad met Dahirah. Zij heeft mij vanaf het eerste contactmoment netjes te woord gestaan en mij op de hoogte gehouden omtrent mijn gestelde vraag aan de customer service. Om een lang verhaal kort te maken: ik ben nu eigenaar van een mooi FCB x Patta sneakerpaartje in mijn eigen maat, mede door Dahirah haar service. Wat tevens gezegd mag worden is dat ik ook altijd goed ben geholpen door Tomas van de customer service. Ga zo door zou ik zeggen !

Eerst paar keer gebeld, daarna alles netjes via mail afgehandeld, super vriendelijke en snelle response by Dahirah!

Ordino una Jordan 2 Chateau rouge.. ordine confermato e soldi scalati.. passano i giorni e non arriva mail di spedizione, scrivo, mi chiedono di riscrivere venerdì se non ricevo notizie. Oggi che è venerdì riscrivo e mi rispondono che il mio ordine è annullato x mancanza stock. Chiedo naturalmente rimborso immediato. Sono passate diverse ore ma il mio ordine risulta ancora consegnato, rimborso non ricevuto, la scarpa risulta ancora acquistabile sul sito

Rimborso arrivato e size tolta dalla disponibilità. Mi è stato offerto 10% di sconto valido un mese. Peccato che x aspettare ordine ho perso prezzo simile x stessa scarpa ed ora ho dovuto comprarla in altro negozio pagando 35 euro in più. Non soddisfatto
