I had an issue with a scarf that needed replacing. Daniel in customer services was brilliant. Kept in touch throughout, was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend. It’s this kind of service you expect from a premium brand but sadly many other ms don’t hold themselves to such high standards as Paul Smith do. Many thanks !

First class response to an issue and a very fair resolution reached. The quality of Paul Smith women's clothes far exceeds that of many other so called high end clothiers, in my experience, and frequent offers and rewards make them even more attractive, as do free returns and great customer service.

Lovely Bracelet
The bracelet was so lovey, I was really pleased with the quality however the magnetic clasp wasnt strong enough. I wore it twice, the first time I was lucky enough to find it when it undid, unfortunately I wasnt so lucky the second time. I must have caught it and lost it in the process.
Update - Customer services have been in contact with me and we have resolved the issue.

Really impressed with the customer service. I had an issue with a product which I raised just after lunch on Day 1. By the morning of Day 2 a replacement had been dispatched and it arrived on Day 3. Very happy with the service received!
