The company exchanged the medium for a large size and told me to keep or donate the old one to a dog charity.Unfortunately the large one is quite loose on the dog.

About a 2 week wait for item but kept up to date with order via emails, the harness was exactly as described and a game changer for walking our dog who previously pulled continuously.

The customer service is excellent, we got two harness’s that were slightly tight on our dogs and they sent us out two more and told us to keep the originals or donate them

Order and receipt of package went smoothly. Dog harness as described.

Two weeks on, and still no pulling. My village walks are now a joy, rather than a frustrating outing. Walking all three dogs is now easy as my youngster is trotting along beside the others as though butter wouldn't melt!!! Have now ordered the double lead to go with the harness so that I only have one lead to hold.

The harness took time to get here but that was not an issue. On arrival the harness and lead looked of good strong quality. However on the first use part of the harness that goes through the the side adjusting buckles came undone and the dof slipped his harness. Having looked at it closely it looks like the end of the strap was not stitched properly and had come undone. I have managed to fix it without to much problem and would still recommend it. Just check all stitching before use.

Although it took more time to arrive than expected staff were very helpful Very happy with goods

The first harness was too big the replacement one size smaller doesn't go over my dogs head. The collar fell apart, as it was very poorly made. I'm really not impressed with this company's products

I ordered XL for my German shepherd and fits well. The product is good and I like the glow in the dark on the harness and lead. I like the front fastening and does work but I find it pulls the whole harness sideways and pulls on the dogs shoulder unless you have another lead on the back clasp.

This harness is almost too good to be true! It does everything that is promised by the makers. I genuinely wish I’d had this harness years ago. My dog is a large powerful dog who now walks well without constantly pulling even for my 7 year old grand daughter

Items are fabulous quality.
Would benefit from a specific measurement sizing along with the s,m,l etc
Large was suggested on website for my dog however too big.
But customer service excellent - paid postage for replacement but able to keep both!
Wish postage was quicker

My Border Collie can still pull, but he is a bit better, but I think he will get used it. I had to contact Pawdys, because I ordered the wrong size. I have to say that their customer service is excellent. They told me to keep the large size, give it to a friend or donate it to a dog shelter and they would send me the medium one for the price of packing and posting £5.99. Thank you Pawdys team.

I purchased a dog harness from Pawdys.co.uk because the website advertised a 30-day money-back guarantee, which gave me confidence to place the order. However, once my order was confirmed, I discovered that the harness was being shipped from China, resulting in a delivery time of 9 days.

After receiving the harness, I contacted the company to explain that it was not suitable and that I wanted to return it under their money-back guarantee. I was then informed that I would need to return the item to China at my own expense before a refund could be issued.

This important information was not made clear on the website when I placed my order. Had I known that returns would need to be sent overseas at my own cost, I would never have purchased from them in the first place. The cost of returning the item is likely to be so high that, regardless of what I do, I will end up out of pocket.

This experience has been a frustrating lesson learned. I feel that the company's advertising and returns policy lack transparency, and I have been left feeling misled and duped. Very unhappy with the overall experience and would not purchase from them again.

What was great, was how quickly a small issue was resolved in one email. I’m so happy with the service, and how. great the product is. Comfortable lead handle, and everything so sturdy. Just awaiting the harness ( wrong size), but as I said, prompt email back and new one on its way. Everything else is great!
