Absolutely love Pawfect Pals! The quality is amazing and everything feels so well made. The harness fits perfectly, is easy to adjust, and my dog seems so much more comfortable wearing it than previous ones we've tried. The designs are gorgeous, and the personalised name tag was the perfect finishing touch.

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and the customer service was fantastic. You can really tell this is a business that genuinely cares about dogs and their customers. So happy with my order from Pawfect Pals! Got my pup one of the personalised trios and the quality is way better than I expected. The harness feels really sturdy but still soft and comfy, and having her name on it is the cutest thing. Shipping was quick and it all turned up nicely packaged. You can tell it's made by people who actually love dogs. Will definitely be back for more, my girl looks adorable on every walk now!

I placed an order with Pawfect Pals on 10 May.Order 68222 Courier please apparently lost my parcel, so I contacted the supplier. I received an email from them promising that a replacement item would be dispatched on Monday, 1st June

Since then, I have sent numerous follow-up emails requesting an update, but as of 4 June 2026, I have received no response whatsoever.

The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I have been left without the item I paid for and with no information about when, or if, it will be sent.

Based on this experience, I will not be using Pawfect Pals again and would not recommend this company to my friends, fellow dog breeders, or anyone looking for reliable service. Yours truly Inline cuts.

Any attempt to get it rectified was ignored. Came across the harness when I was moving last week and it really annoyed me. Not cheap and such a waste of money.

You can't get hold of them. No reply to emails or instagram messages. The returns page link is broken so you can't return items. Avoid

So pleased with my purchase of an adjustable dog harness!! Felt great to support a local small business. The patterns and designs are so pretty And they have seasonal sales so managed to get it at half price. My dog now gets a lot of comments about how Great the harness looks! Would definitely recommend !!
