We are truly sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding your order. We completely understand why you are upset, especially after waiting so long for the calendars featuring Oscar. We would just like to clarify that we did respond to your emails and checked the information multiple times in an attempt to help. However, the transaction screenshot provided showed that the purchase was completed through a different store system, which unfortunately meant we did not have access to the order details, shipping updates, or refund process from our side. This was caused by a production error during one of the printing batches, which unfortunately resulted in duplicated/missing months on some calendars. Many participants continue joining our contests because they genuinely enjoy the experience, the community, and sharing their pets with others. While we do have many returning participants, we also welcome thousands of new dogs and cats into the contests regularly across the USA, and winners and placements change from contest to contest. Support can come in many forms, including free votes, friends and family sharing, achievements, bonus votes, and optional vote purchases. We also want to mention that supporting rescue pets and shelters is something very important to us as well, and donations/support initiatives are part of what we do through our community. We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.
