Scam !!! Not received product. No replies, no answer on phone, I've reported to Trading Standards. Please avoid. Hoping I get money back through bank

This page is a scam. No answer from the email, not even the automatic one saying they will reply within 48 or 72h. No reply from the chat and the phone has automatic message. I am requesting charge back. Avoid!

Scam website tried to contact but no reply received luckily used shop pay so got a full refund…. I suggest everyone resports the website as a scam hopefully it will get taken down soon

Complete scam. Didn’t receive item. No correspondence. No tracking info. Ignored emails. Luckily we payed with klana and got a full refund. Avoid this website!!!!

Can only assume website is a scam site just to make money. Ordered a bed, paid for 2 day delivery. Never received a dispatch email. Bed not received. Messaged them and didnt get a reply. Luckily i paid via klarna so they will deal with this and I shouldn't lose any money.

Ordered bed on 20 Aug and still hasn’t arrived (11 Sept) despite being in 3 day delivery plan. Parcel tracking information does not link to real tracking site and no response to email or 2 calls to the provided number.

Have now raised a dispute via my bank, but I’d avoid. At best an incompetent company and at worst a scam.

Great bed, took a week but my dog loved it.

Website is a total scam unlike the previous buyer we have not received anything no contact from the company and luckily we paid by paypal and they haven't even got a paypal account to claim the money. We were caught out despite being diligent online shoppers but if you look closely you can see all the products are AI generated. Avoid at all costs. If you put your credit card details into this website i suggest you cancel the card. Thankfully we will have our money refunded by paypal

Do not buy from this company! Usually I carry out checks when purchasing from online sites but this website was convincing. The high priced orthopaedic dog bed is a cheap knock off that you can buy for less than half the price at B&Q. The websites states it’s shipped from Yorkshire - it is not. The package came from Germany (definitely not made in Germany). For four attempts to contact them - nothing.
