One year ago we bought waterproof basket and personalised cushion for our dogs. A year later we decided to order a new cover for a change and travel bed. We forgot to apply our discount code and they refunded this, so nice. My wife ordered the wrong size but we decided the XL size cover was better for our dogs and I&D have very helpfully agreed to sell new larger cushions, customer service, products means we won’t be going anywhere else, especially as they are British, Thank You.

When we first ordered it, we had our Bernese boy, who suffered terrible with the heat but unfortunately, by the time it came back into stock, which we were notified about, we had tragically lost him.
After a while, we decided we would get another Bernese so ordered one, knowing the puppy would need it.
So it's not actually been used yet but After, doing much research, to try and find which cooling mat was best, as the gel mat he was using never worked once, it warned up from his body heat.

Beautiful large dog blankets in Tweed with faux sheepskin lining, so lovely that we use them as throws on our settees which the dogs aren't allowed on😳!!!

After the original company I got my waterproof, comfortable dog beds from ceased trading, I had a nightmare finding a bed for my working/family dogs.
I have a wooden, raised bed in my utility room that is not standard measurements as my husband made it to fit dogs, not beds. Dylan from Ivy and Duke was more than happy to help. And now my dogs have a custom made, waterproof, well filled, and extremely well made bed. I had a spare cover made too, but going off the quality of the waterproof fabric, I may never need to use it.
I highly recommend this company. Two WCS and a lab second that! Rapid delivery too.

I wish they were in a different color as they showed every mark, but the most important thing was that helped in the severe heat

I have bought many items from ivy and Duke and can not complain about any of them. From blankets to multiple dog beds they are all as good as the day I bought them. The best thing is once you have bought a dog bed you never have to buy a new one again as they will sell you everything from replacement covers to replacement inserts. If an item isnt listed just contact customer service team and the will send you a quote and a payment link and the item is sent straight away. I would recommend ivy and Duke to anyone and would never buy any other dog bed brand. Yes they initial cost at first glance is expensive compared to other bed availability but you get what you pay for. My dog still has the first ivy and Duke bed I got her 5 years ago and it still looks brand new. The waterproof beds are amazing when you have a dog that likes to relax outside and the cooling blankets have been a god send through the summer.

I bought the cooling mat for the older of my two Border Terriers. It is actually big enough for both of them to share if they want to.
Incidentally, I hurt my wrist and used it instead of frozen peas to keep the swelling to a minimum!!! Marvellous!

Very easy to browse the website and make an order. Postage was super-quick and the parcel arrived in one piece. Bought two of the cooling blankets for my dog - he doesn’t like the heat and his older age and medical conditions mean he does warm up quite quickly. They’re weirdly very cold to the touch on the outer surface and can feel the warmth being absorbed through to the other side without being held on the outer surface. These blankets have been a godsend during the warmer weather and hope they’ll work well in the colder months when we have our heating on. When our dog feels the need to move to another part of the blanket where it’s cooler, the spot that he was on doesn’t take long to get back to being cool again. It’s great that they can be washed too as the gel-type pads we’ve had in the past only manage two or three uses before they start smelling but they can’t be washed. These blankets and their cooling properties though are far better though - in fact they’ve been keeping us cool too when we’re asleep. We have our dog sleeping above our heads in bed and lay the blankets over our pillows - they’ve kept our heads cool to make sleeping better. Would definitely buy more and buy from Ivy and Duke again.

I purchased this following a recommendation from a friend who has one and said how amazing it is for helping hot flushes and keeping cool in the hot weather.
It certainly is! I ordered one for my elderly father who struggles with heat regulation following prostate cancer. He is delighted with it and is now sleeping more solidly and for longer. Result!

Ordered a bespoke size waterproof dog bed for my bigger than normal Rottweiler Denis, to fit the whole back area of my estate car.
Fitted brilliantly and Denis loves it.
Was delivered within a week or so, quality is excellent. and would highly recommend.
Better than all the imported cheap “so called waterproof dog beds”.

Quick despatch and delivery. The cooling mat was gratefully received by my dog. Which was a miracle, because she has always refused to sit on any kind of cooling mat. Easy to use and wash.

I purchased a couple of Chinese-made dog beds, both of which were poorly made, with very thin mattresses that bunched up and quickly lost their shape, becoming flat. I also don't know what type of tape measure they use, but I think it must be half-scale, as the beds were smaller than advertised. I decided to look for a British-made bed and arrived at Ivy & Duke; their selection of beds, colours and sizes was excellent.
It arrived well packaged, and I was very pleased with the quality and shape. The real test didn't take long, as our dog gave it a good going over before settling in for an after-walk snooze.
I would highly recommend Ivy & Duke. I've decided to buying British or even European products is always a safer bet then buying Chinese.

The William Morris dog blanket is gorgeous with a lovely fleecy side too. Really good value for money and excellent quality

Purchased the Skinny Mutt orthopaedic mattress for our Labrador and it’s a fantastic, high quality product at a fair price. Fits in the crate and is very supportive. Our lab suffers from arthritic joint pain and this bed allows her to have restful sleep. The cover is super durable and I love that we can machine wash it. We love Ivy & Duke and will be purchasing more products from them in the future.
