This critical information should have been made clear as soon as available.

As a result, our investment of time, effort, and planning was completely wasted. The situation could have been avoided entirely with proper transparency and communication.

Unfortunately, this has left us with a negative impression, and we can’t recommend the service based on our experience.

I’m sharing this to save others time and money. I was approved by this merchant and told I’d receive my account logins — which took two days and multiple follow-ups via email and phone.

Once I finally got the logins, I was told they were only for test purposes. Later, they provided "live" logins but said I needed to hire a developer (at my own cost) to make it work. I paid thousands of dollars for a developer to create a WooCommerce plugin and integrate everything, including API calls.

After completing the setup, I was told the only available payment method was Klarna — a UK-based gateway. I clearly stated I needed Visa and MasterCard for the U.S., which they had claimed they would provide. They enabled Visa/MasterCard in test mode, but then told me in production mode they cannot offer it.

To make it worse, Klarna didn't even work in production, leaving me with no way to accept payments after wasting two weeks and thousands of dollars.

This merchant gave me no working payment method

They misled me about Visa/MasterCard support

They pushed the cost to me by requiring a custom developer

Their service seems unreliable, unprofessional, and possibly fraudulent

Do not trust them if they ask you to hire a developer or promise payment options they can’t deliver.
