Your Customers Service is useless. Slow resolution.
Your 'tool enhancement ' takes forever to be fixed.
Chatbot is also stupid.
Their collection keeps calling even your due is still a week to go. An app and text notification is already enough, you dont need to keep on calling and disturbing my work.
Service fee is also very high.

Some of Maya Hotline agents are not helpful. They are so deceiving.

I lost my phone and sim card. then the person who got my phone. inserted my sim card to his phone and easily access my account. all my money in maya lost in just a minute,. NOT RECOMMEDABLE TO USE MAYA. I do not usually use gcash but the security in gcash is much better that MAYAFUCK account. so be careful. do not lost your simcard because can access very easy.

They don’t even deserve to receive 1 star!!! Please, do not use Maya if you want peace of mind about your money. Use CIMB, Gcash instead.

I had problem with a purchase transaction using Pay with Maya last March and it’s so hard to get my money back. Even if it’s just 1k. For average earners like me, every peso counts. Customer service is trash!!! If you dont do anything following up with them, you might never get your money back. I SWEAR!!! As of this writing I still dont have my money. 😰 Really considering to escalate this to BSP soon as i did another transaction using them and the money was deducted from my balance but not reflected to the receiving account. TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE that I had the urge to create a review here.

Can you please explain why my bill payment is not reflected? It has already been reported for almost 3 weeks. The ticket has also been pending for 2 weeks. Every time I ask for a follow-up, your live support team tells me to wait, and then they close the conversation because they can’t provide a solution. Ticket #23218176 has been pending since March 20, but still no solution !!!

This is my first time experiencing an e-wallet where it needs to be upgraded just for me to send or transfer money! To be honest, GoTyme and GCash are far better than this app! Regret having this one!

Very difficult to contact useless email address even the phone. Making payment for my PRC delivery difficult and Unable to pay. Not efficient to use for payment

I can't withdraw my money from the wallet. I had to send some documents, selfies with passport near my head and at the end they sent me an email that I didn't send all required documents. Support is just an AI bot so you can't really talk with a real person...

Welp Pmaya is sucks when you change your number and the new ones i registered i can't even access it cause it keep saying unable to log in. let me withdraw my money and i will never usig this app ever again.

Well, maya is good but their customer service sucks. I have ordered a physical card last december 26 2024 but up until now, I havent receive it. I called their CSR and was told that it will be escalated. A ticket was created but then it closed the next day.

Paymaya in Philippines has no customer service help contact. Totally useless, if u change your number you cannot log in back to your account no photo selfie can help you log in nor video verification everything is failed to log in. Now i cannot access the account my account with the wallet and savings in it the app is a total joke bullshit I've been trying to open my account 3 days now nothing help .

I do not suggest to use Maya. You can't get a support when there are problems with your account. I'm am wondering why does it entered into business when it can't properly provide a good service to its customers. I have an open ticket for more than 2 months that is still unresolved.

In terms of being able to use credit to wallet, they're okay. But of course, you have to pay an interest when you pay it back. Judging from the other recent comments, it's hard to get a live agent to talk to, especially when you're in a rush. My issue with Maya is that they seem to be very VERY active in trying to annoy the heck out of a client by calling them multiple times to remind the person to pay their credit. I know it's part of their job. But they freaking make such a big deal out of it even when you pay early. Now that I tried paying on the due date instead of paying early, my payment wouldn't get through. As a result, my declined payment would be refunded in 24 hours according to them, and I would miss my payment due date. That would mean I would have bad credit score and I would have to pay a fee. If someone finds out they do this on purpose, they're going to have a lot to deal with.

This is extremely frustrating. There's no way to reach a live agent for support. The service is full of bugs and completely unreliable. I withdrew money from an ATM, but didn't receive any cash because the system suddenly went into maintenance. On top of that, I paid off my loan, but they still debited my account afterward. When I submitted a ticket, they just directed me to use their app’s chat feature, which only connects me with AI. I've been scammed twice, and my ticket gets closed immediately. Horrible service!

I am writing to inform you that I am currently unable to log into my PayMaya account on my iPhone, as the device has been damaged. I am attempting to log in to my account on a different device using my phone number and password, but I am encountering an issue where the Face Recognition feature is preventing me from completing the login process.

Maya is not reliable, my transfer Maya credit to Maya wallet encountered problem, the recipient did not received my transfer.. its hard to call customer service...please improve your service . Then after all i can bill my maya credit .
