WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON’T TRUST this stupid company. My senior citizen mom has not received her “allowance” for 1.5 years from the city government because her phone got lost along with the SIM card that was used to register for her PayMaya account. We sent them an email along with verified ID’s and documents to simply transfer the fund to a new contact number, as per the instruction of the official from the city government. They responded with a text telling us to call them for verification, only to get so frustrated with annoying, repetitive, unhelpful prompts!!!! We went to their office in Mandaluyong only to be greeted by the security guard that there’s no office and we should settle whatever we need by calling their STUPID NUMBERS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP!!! THE NERVE!!!

PAYMAYA SUPPORT SUCKS- Worst customer experience!!!

Worst customer experience!!!! They are only good in acknowledging the concern but no actions and very poor service. You cannot reach them in any channel of communication. I have already reached them through email and fb messenger regarding my 2 issues. Almost a year with no update and reply. PAYMAYA SUPPORT SUCKS!

seriously, the worst customer service by far

customer service agents with no common sense, probing with dumb questions. two of your agents lied to me in one week-got proof. would sometimes send the wrong copy-paste reply-got proof. inbound agents have no initiative--when they can't provide an answer, you have to think for them on what to do next. chat/email agents are not responding when they don't have an answer. when you don't have an answer, as long as it's a paymaya related concern, FIND ONE. your product is a huge help but the customer service is the WORST, VERY low standard across all LOBs. BUILD CUSTOMER SERVICE INITIATIVE.

Poor facility to resolve erroneous transaction. It Sucks!

Beware, be very careful to transfer money from your bank to CORRECT paymaya mobile number. Lesson learned for me. Paymaya does not have the facility to hold your money if it was sent to wrong mobile number, worst case scenario, wrong recipients might have withdrawn your money. Fortunately, the erroneous recipient mobile number is permanently disconnected according to SMART. I need to look for ways again to request proof from SMART then provide it to Paymaya. Moving in circles already, paymaya needs to broaden their customer service facility in order to support wide range of request such as this. Compared to GCASH, they could immediately provide assistance for 1 number mistakes in the mobile number.

No sense of Urgency to resolve issues

At first this app is very helpful and convenient until last May 9 when I made a purchase it was cancelled by the merchant and the payment was already deducted on my account. I reached out to the merchant and they have confirmed that they have cancelled the payment on their end and that it should only take about 4 to 5 working days and to contact my card issuer. I emailed Paymaya several times and just give me the same templated responses. No sense of urgency and they wanted me to file a charge back form which will take 45 to 200 days? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They can easily deduct the payment then when it comes to crediting it back to your account they want you to wait for several days?

Sucks

Sucks! Very poor service always failed! I been trying to pay my PLDT AND MERALCO for almost 3 weeks everyday hard trying but at the end of their PAYMAYA MAKES UR EXPERIENCE AWESOME awwkkk..will pops up PAYMENT FAILED!!!

Closed my account without reason

I used to have PayMaya account; but last week, they closed my account without any kind of explanation. they said it is on terms and conditions but I cannot see any violations that I've done of any so I just approach their Customer service, but they never want to discuss the "violations" that I commit. They cannot give my remaining balance because it is already been block and they have nothing to do. It is shame they doesn't even bother for customer's complains regarding on these and they scam people by not getting their remaining balance from the account.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Customer Service is very bad as well. No urgency in every concern.Just to update my account details is still pending until now for 10 months already. No feedback at all. They always give me ticket number and wait for the resolution. I have submitted my requirements still, undone. So terrible experience. They only want money and business but customer is not totally important to them. Very sad. I hate paymaya. Very unsatisfied customer.

At first ,the problem is not easy to find a place to cash.Now,I think its not fully helpful,for you need to pay 10 pesos for every one thousand that you cash. It is more acceptable if you need pay addition fee upon using the apps for purchasing but

not by just putting some money on it. It better to use bank deposit in this manner.

Poor service

Poor service. The limitations of transfers per day is very incovenient. How would you limit your app to transfer certain amount per day. Then limit will be reset after a month? Do not use this app.

Maya....pay Smart or give me my money back

I made a payment through PayMaya to buy some load for a cellphone with Smart in Philippines.
They took my money but never activated the load in the network.
Smart says is a matter to be dealt with PayMaya.
I emailed PayMaya.
I got an automated response and a case number.
Nothing more since.
That was first week in August 2020.

sinubukan ko mag claim ng Western Union padala gamit ang PayMaya.
naencounter ko yung error "Your western union remittance could not be processed at the moment, your paymaya account has reached its allotted limit. please claim your remittance at a nearby western union branch after 24-48hrs.".
nag hintay ako ng 48hrs at pumunta sa branch ng Western Union at sabi paid na daw yung mtcn ko.
pinaliwanag ko na wala akong naclaim at pinayuhan na ireport sa PayMaya.
tumawag ako sa PayMaya at kinausap ang support, sinabi na coordinate ko daw sa Western Union branch kung saan nagpadala yung sender.
tumawag ako sa Western Union at sabi bibigyan daw ako ng bagong mtcn after 24hrs
3 araw na mula nung insidente
tumawag ulit ako kinabukasan at sinabing nakikipag coordinate pa daw sila sa PayMaya at tumawag ulit kinabukasan.
4 na araw na mula nung insidente
tumawag naman ako sa PayMaya kung bakit matagal ang coordination nila ng Western Union about my failed transaction, at pinayuhang yung sender and mag asikaso sa pinagpadalahan na branch.
pinapunta ko yung sender sa western union agent at sinabi lng na the money has been claimed by the recipient.
tumawag ulit ako sa paymaya at sinabi ko ang feedback ng sender agent at nagbago na naman sila ng condition.
sabi naman ni PayMaya these time na ongoing validation pa rin po ang transaction niyo.
binigay ko na lahat pati screenshot ng failure sa app. lahat ng information, tapos sasabihin ongoing validation pa ren for 5 days na.
pinagpasa pasahan ako tapos yun pala ongoing validation pa din sa side nila.
hanggang ngayun pahirapan pa din kung saan ko hahanapin ang pera na iclaclaim ko lng sana
napakahirap pala gamitin ang PayMaya maswerte ka lng kapag hindi nag error yung transaction mo pero pag nag error siguradong pagpapasapasahan ka nila hanggang sa sumuko ka at pabayaan mo na yung pera sa kanila.
kahit ipaliwanag mo na gagamitin for medical emergency at kailangan mo wala pa ren bubukas bukasin ka lang nila. hindi sila makatao
lesson learn huwag gumamit ng PayMaya.
paasahin ka, uubusin load mo kakatawag sa customer support nila tapos sa huli wala ka ng makukuha na padala at sisihin ka pa.
sana these time asikasuhin na nila.

Fraud, Scam, Lies

They marked my account as duplicate, when I asked what was the other account they didn’t even bother telling me, they also have an option whether to forfeit your balance or not when requesting for deletion. It’s obvious we would not forfeit as that is our money, what a stupid option. Don’t use Paymaya.

Scammed Me 500php

Never use this payment service. Very dreadful service. I bought 500php worth of load in their shop and It has been 8 months and I still haven't received those. I tried contacting thrice, through telephone and email and both just blatantly denied my request. They just said I would wait a week and it has been 8 months and still no updates HHAHHAHAHAHA what even is this? Tried upgrading my account twice and all was denied. The only reason this company is successful is because Filipinos have no other choice but to use this <3

Their services sucks

Their services sucks! I transferred money to my newly opened Paymaya account and for two days now I cannot withdraw them because of some issues about my account upgrade. They are not replying to emails and calls. Waste of time and money. Thumbs down. I will not recommend yhos service.
