Been with Pro Payments for a few months and no issues! Always paid on Friday. Recommended to a few colleagues.

I was hesitant about going Umbrella but the lady on the phone said as very helpful when they set me up. They called me after payment today and went through my payslips and pay. All good so far.

Poor, lied about remittance from my agnecy for same day payment. When you call they pretend the phones are not working and hang up. All of a sudden payments was sent on the day my agency stated. I will not be using payments pro again! I would leave zeros stars if I could!

I have a few things to say about a very helpful and friendly women from which made me feel very humble as i have found the last few weeks difficult and davena made me feel at ease she is a very humble and great hearted soul which i think the company should feel very proud and the team a great contribute i thank davena for how she made me feel so thank you davena

Really happy with my experience so far at Payments Pro! I’ve been an agency worker for 6 months now and never had an issue with them. Anytime I need help or have a question I can email for a call back or just speak to them directly, very easy to deal with

Excellent Payroll company , always paid on time with notification when. Payslips and other benefits provided via an app.

Wouldn’t use another umbrella company 😀

First time being paid I had a problem with my UTR number rang payments pro up and Kirsty silman sorted it out within 5 minutes was all corrected keep up the good work thanks alot Kirsty your a credit to your company.

I’m new to this Payroll service, and have had a few previously. However they’re very professional, and they deal with you properly. Also they handle your details with care. I really like the fact that they provide you a pay calculation so you can see what you could be expecting after fees and or deductions. I called twice and on both occasions the phone was answered almost immediately. I spoke to Holly to set up my account and was surprised with the quick service. She explained the process really well and was super polite.

I also emailed Holly with another query and had a fast response the next day during early office hours! Definitely a good company and a brilliant advisor!

Just recently became involved with this company,they will be processing my payroll.The process couldn’t be simpler,I spoke with lovely lady called Lauren,who explained everything perfectly,and also told me if I have any problems or questions don’t hesitate to call.
