From start to finish I had fantastic service from Angela and the other lady I spoke to (sorry can't rember her name) right down to the delivery guys who were absolutely great very friendly and polite I would highly recommend this company

Although came 630am the two delivery drivers were very polite, helpful and professional. Lovely men. And the sofas what can I say … wow amazing 🤩 and fab quality and solid. Highly recommend 💯

So simple and easy to order my couch staff were helpful and friendly from start to after delivery, only waited 1 week till my delivery from starting application, delivery guys were great friendly and helpful and even cleaned up all wrapping b4 they went, definitely 5 star rating experience xx

Got my sofa today, delivery was amazing and assembled my u shape sofa the process was quick from start to finish only 2 weeks from applying to delivery, I would recommend to anyone and sofa is fantastic quality excellent please do use this company excellent

From enquiries to ordering they couldn’t be more helpful and informative, kept upto date on the process of everything.
Was messaged the day before with delivery slot again was kept upto date with everything , had delivery today and the two gentlemen that delivered the sofas were absolutely great couldn’t fault them, they were quick but thorough didn’t leave any mess overall a great experience from beginning to end I’d highly recommend

Don't want any of this to sound negative, as its not. I originally bought a set of couches off this company, but it was delivered straight from supplier, so they couldn't quality check. Long story short, the couch needed replacing, but I cant praise these guys enough, specifically Angie in customer services, who went above and behond getting my defective sofa collected and my new replacement too me as quickly as possible. Problems can obviously happen with anything you buy, but its how its dealt with, and Angie and her team were 10/10 getting me sorted.
Im now sat on my new corner sofa writing this review, and recommend this company to anyone. Next I will get my new bed from them 😊 Thanks again

Great experience from on line chat down to order delivery and after care , over the moon with my sofa and footstool highly recommend and would definitely order from them again

The process from choosing my sofas to the delivery was very simple. Delivery was excellent from being punctual with the time frame, placing sofas where I wanted them to making sure they were in perfect working order.
Delivery guys were super friendly and helpful.
Absolutely love my new purchase and would recommend to family and friends.

The 2 gentleman who delivered our sofa was very friendly and helped me and my husband to decide on how we wanted it. We appreciate them so much for this they had a laugh with us and made it very easy on how to use the recliners. They set it up within 10 mins. Thank you ti these 2 gentleman.

My lovely new sofas are here so happy right now they are very big sofas to and the pillows are very big size delivery man did all the work set them all up for me

Couldn’t fault them at all, the customer service was excellent all the way through the process, had a little hickup but they resolved this straight away. When they came to drop it off, one of my lampshades was in the way so he took that off and put it back up when they had done, Matt and Steve who delivered it, were very lovely and had great customer service and certainly made things a lot easier. One happy customer and would definitely recommend 👍

After numerous faults with my sofa Angela was brilliant and kept me in the loop the whole time with what was happening and resolved the problem the best she could through no fault of pay per week but supplier which they no longer use now she was brilliant

What a great and helpful company, had a lot to choice from and helped with the process and gave me information I needed for about 7 sofas I liked to then get it to the one I wanted.. it was easy to order and the delivery was fast due to high demand the drivers where friendly and got the sofa In and put together fast

They made it so simple to order, the customer advisor was so helpful in helping me find a sofa that would be perfect for me, she spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me explaining all the different sofas to me, I never felt pushed or rushed into any commitment, she let me decide in my own time. The delivery was faster than expected from start to delivery was less than 2 weeks. The delivery men was extremely helpful they put all the sofas together and put them in a place I wanted and they was very polite and friendly. I will definitely be using this company again and again.

Had my windsor sofas so happy with them and the delivery was good too nice lads who helped sorting the sofa with legs on and even tho they could not take away the wrapping they wrapped it all up for me so looked smaller to get rid off...
