Great service and polite helpful team

PC revamp is someone I have been using for many years now. His work is 5* quality with very reasonable prices. The staff are always polite and friendly, helping in any way they can. I messaged Paul late one evening (out of his work hours) about my son’s iPad, he messaged back straight away stating he could help. I took it in this week, it was ready the next day. Couldn’t fault this service or the staff if I tried. Always have and always will recommend PC revamp and his outstanding team!

Brilliant service would highly recommend

My laptop screen was damaged cracked so I started to peruse the net looking for an IT repair shop close to home and came across a review by Which magazine who said PC revamp was the best. So I looked up the address and it was 8mins away I arrived around 10.30 am was greated very warmly was told the cost and it would be repaired as soon as possible, and that I would recieve a text message when ready. At12.30pm the same day I was picking it up again all done and perfect. Brilliant staff Brilliant service and fair price oh and the shop was full of customer's when I arrived af 12.30 and not one person was complaining infact the jar for tips look pretty good so I divid up a little my self I was highly satisfied with the whole service just brilliant. Highly recommended.

Daughter is a student at York uni and her lap top charger snapped off. They fixed it really rapidly so that she could get back to her studies. Overall a quick service and good communication. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Accommodating when I needed to change my appointment with a speedy service ( 1 hour).
Didn’t do some work that I booked as they thought it was unnecessary after assessing my phone so saved me money!
I’ve used them for years but did look elsewhere (not sure why) and another company said 3-5 day turnaround on a charging port and double the price.
Most competitive prices in York I noticed too!

I got in touch with Sam and Paul to put a new battery in my phone they managed to fit me in the same day at my convenience. Excellent company and excellent service.

We have used several times now and always delighted with the results.
The charges are very reasonable and they explain upfront what they can/cannot help with.

I don’t think there is anything this company cannot fix when it comes to phones!!! I wish I could post before and after photos on here because they have worked magic on the two occasions I have been - excellent company, fabulous knowledgable staff

My iPhone 12 Pro Max had a fault with the bottom speaker (it stopped working). I use the online tool on their website to book the phone in for repair, I was aware of the cost to fix and was happy. I also requested that they clean the upper speaker which they did free of charge and now the phone sounds like it’s brand new. I would recommend PC Revamp to anyone and would definitely use again.

Amazing service, left a circuit board with these guys which was from my car. Couple of components needed removing and resoldering back in place. Did a fantastic job and the circuit board is working fine again. Top guys and will definitely use again should I need too.
