Good all round Value
I found them to have a good range of PC cases fairy priced, it was easy for me to order on there website and my case was delivered safely in a couple days.

Great price, fast delivery
Wasn’t sure about pcgamingcases.co.uk since they had the exact model of a pc case I wanted for a fairly cheap price (I couldn’t find this case anywhere because it was sold out) and the website looks a bit scammy (like the warranty or technical support page). But reviews here look good and their VAT number is valid, so I bought the case anyway.
To my pleasant surprise, my case was delivered by DPD within 2 days and everything went smoothly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Definitely recommend this website 👍

Definitely reccomended.
Was able to easily get in contact with someone over email to get my order confirmed and shipped, and the case arrived the next day after the confirmation (unfortunately the website wasnt too helpful after the purchase, as I don't think it was processed properly originally). The case arrived in good condition, and overall buying from this website was pretty low hassle. The case also came in about 5 pounds cheaper than amazon (gotta save all the money you can these days lol). Would definetly reccomend.

Zero Communication
Having purchased item online, waited for confirmation of order and delivery date.
Never received anything, so expected it the next day.
Still never got anything.
Never received an invoice or receipt, which are useful for guarantee / warranty in case there are issues.
Item arrived on expected day (found on doorstep).
The 'only' communication I have ever received from PcGamingCases is this request to review them !
Overall experience - Below Average.
Customer service is an important aspect of purchasing goods online, maybe they could invest in some !
