Simon has been really helpful from the moment he offered to help me source my son his first gaming computer. He was respectful of my budget and needs for my son, he communicated throughout the whole of the buying process. He insured all components and computer worked before posting safely and securely. Being a gaming computer novice after purchase we have had hiccups with games this was nearly year on from purchase. I contacted Simon and he has been so helpful and helped solved the issue for us so my son could continue to play them. I would definitely recommend Simon, superb customer service! Thank You

The service I received from Simon was amazing from start to finish. I honestly cannot rate him and the company highly enough.

A friend recommended him to me as they were in the same position such that they wanted to purchase a gaming PC but needed help and advice due to the overwhelming options and to ensure the best components could be had for the budget compared to pre-built machines with jazzy advertising from well-known online retailers.

We had good long chats via WhatsApp about potential setups, pros, cons, prices, and he was completely transparent about pricing and how the components fair against pre-built machines. At no point was I pressured or steered into buying certain components, it was always my choice with Simon simply providing me the information as I requested it.

Once the final specification was agreed, full invoices and details were provided upfront, and I was informed at every step along the way. Payment was via PayPal as a direct invoice payment making it easy to pay, but also gave transparency, protection, and confidence which was fantastic given the amounts being sent.

The machine arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition, and all documentation, accessories, and original swapped parts were included. Setup of the machine was a breeze due to all the pre-installed software that had been agreed, and Simon was again on-hand throughout the process as required when I did have queries.

The machine has been running for a few months now, and it’s not skipped a beat, it just works flawlessly and looks awesome!

As alluded to, communication has been flawless, in fact I’d say it’s the best communication I’ve had from any business to date. Any reply is very quick, and customer service is often a key indicator as to the type of business you’re dealing with, and this company excels!

In summary, Simon knows what he’s on about and only wants to get you the best deal possible for your budget. All information received is impartial and quickly allows you to make an informed decision, and you soon start to realise how the offers from the mainstream retailers aren’t really that good a deal. If you want a PC and need help cutting through all the noise, Simon is the guy you need to speak to!

Fantastic support from contacting Simon re where to start on choosing a gaming Pc for my son for Christmas to the Pc arriving and it being set up.

Simon went above and beyond. He ordered all the items needed to go along side it and built a unique gaming pc.

I was so stressed about it but he took all that away from me and kept me in the loop at every single stage and even after delivery, he's still ensuring that everything goes smoothly for me regarding the PC. He changed the case to one I preferred and talked me through the parts.
Even went as far as to try find me a mouse and keyboard on a budget (which I asked about).

From first messaging Simon the process of building my PC was first class. I wanted some specific parts which differed from the prebuilt but there was no problem swapping them out. He kept me informed through the entire process and even took some extra time to ensure all components were running smoothly. Including extra time to adjust fan noise! After recieving the PC Simon was on hand to discuss setup and also just chat about gaming and PCs. Can not recommend PCtechguyonline enough and will be telling all my gaming friends.

Absolutely fantastic service and build from Simon. Found out the exact requirements for a gaming PC for our son and then produced a fantastic build at a very reasonable price. Custom specs even for the monitor he was going to be using! Once we had it all set up Simon also helped with a couple of setup issues with a video call and has always been available pretty much instantly for any questions we might have. Very very impressed!!!

Was recommended Simon on a gaming group on Facebook when asking for help with buying a pic for my daughter for Christmas. It’s a minefield and had absolutely no idea where to start!
He is extremely knowledgeable and managed to to reduce my stress and build a pc to her spec, within my budget and have it sent before Christmas! What a superstar.
Simon had no end of patience with me asking stupid questions as my pc knowledge is limited, plus I know he is on hand to help when we need it, which is a relief.

This guy saved the day, no idea what I needed. Within 24 hours a PC was on its way. Added touch Simon thoughtfully downloaded the game my daughter plays and a corresponding wallpaper!
He forgot to put the mains cable in and ordered me one from Amazon for next day delivery! As soon as it was set up my daughter said ‘Simon is my new best friend’. To sum up, trustworthy, quick delivery, polite and very very helpful.
