Andy is such a welcoming, warm person, always cheery and a pleasure to deal with. Puts his customers first and just a generally nice, honest guy - would definitely recommend!

If it was possible to give a feedback score of more than 5, then Andrew at QCRS certainly deserves it. My old PC which is used for my business was slowly grinding to halt, so I contacted Andrew. My big concern was that my whole life was on my old PC. He very happily answered all my many questions. I had to send Andrew my old PC so that he could 'mirror' my hard drive on to my new PC which I had purchased from him. I was initially worried about this just in case something went wrong. My worries were 100% not necessary. Andrew sent me my new PC as well as my old PC in a 2 day turn around. On turning on my new PC for the first time everything looked exactly like my old PC. The only difference was my new PC was like a fighter jet compared to my old PC which was like a bicycle in speed comparisons. I cannot thank Andrew enough for his outstanding assistance and professionalism. I highly recommend QCRS. If anybody writes anything negative about QCRS then they are keyboard warrior fools. Tony

QCRS was able to advise me perfectly re my computer queries, and subsequently completed the work that was required quickly and efficiently.

Thanks to QCRS my elderly laptop now has a new lease of life. A problem with the hard drive prompted me into upgrading it with a SSD drive. With the help from Andrew, the expediency of dispatching a replacement and fast communications meant I could have my laptop up and running within days. Well done and thank you.

My laptop hard drive was totally ruined with errors, sometimes not booting and other frustrating things. It was time to upgrade to a SSD drive. QCRS specifically Andrew was most helpful in aquiring a replacement. The expediency in dispatching and correspondence was first class. My number 1 choice for computer bits from now on, well done.

Ordered a pc on Saturday afternoon and it arrived the following Saturday. Fantastic communication during the week and very good packaging. The pc is fantastic and was good value.

Fast service, build and delivery

Well though out packaging, no external damage.
Internal packaging excellent, GPU supported very well.

Build quality excellent, no loose dscrews on main board, CPU cooler, or GPU.

Good CPU/GPU match, and customer specified 32Gb ram installed (DCS rig).

Good case specification, heavy emphasis on airflow to meet CPU and GPU cooling requirements.

Definitely recommended.

Have built setups on older architecture, including over clocked setups, so know what I'm looking at

Great service from Andy. He repaired my mums laptop within 24hrs as promised. A week later I had a problem on the laptop which I thought was serious he talked me through everything and rectified the problem without me having to going in. The problem wasn't serious thankfully.I can't recommend enough. Thank you.

I bought 3 laptops for the kids school work in lockdown and just got a gaming pc for my autistic son. I’m no tech wiz and they helped me choose the right devices for the kids needs and made sure we could set them up at home ourselves. Great customer service, very honest and kind we won’t go anywhere else for our computing needs

I have found QCRS (Proprietor Andy) really good to deal with. I bought a second user HP desktop in August 2022, pre loaded with Windows 11 and MS Office. Now 15 months later it has been no problem at all. I have recommended the firm to several friends who have bought laptops and desktop PCs there and all have been satisfied with the after sales service provided. If diagnostics are needed on a machine to determine the cost of a repair, no charge is made for that part of the work. That impressed me as some IT companies charge for this.

Family Bought a pc from them for my nephew's
Christmas present.
Turns out that the GPU was faulty
They would not fix or replace it, they wouldn't even
Get it sent to manufacturer to get it fixed.

If you do decide to buy from them do not open it to clean or dust or you will met with you have voided warranty

We finally got it sent to gigabyte to get it checked over
And we were told that it was faulty and should not of
Failed within the time frame.

Don't buy from them not to be trusted
