Great team of trainers Sibgha, Rehan, Kashaf, and others, but most importantly the manager Rabia, they are all excellent and fantastic in what they do. I am not a customer of this training company, but I attended a free information session/demo that they offered.

After the meeting, Sara outlined the programme fees, presented me with an offer, and asked me to make an immediate payment of approximately £50. At that stage, I was still evaluating whether the course was the right fit for my needs and had not yet made a decision.

However, rather than allowing me time to consider the programme, she quickly responded with comments such as, "You can't even pay £50?" and "Do you have financial issues?"

I found these remarks inappropriate, presumptive, and unprofessional. My hesitation was not related to the amount of money involved, but rather to whether the course would provide the value and support I was looking for. Being questioned about my financial situation in this manner felt disrespectful and made me uncomfortable.

As a potential customer, I would have expected a more respectful and consultative approach rather than pressure to make an immediate payment or assumptions about my personal finances.

It was very convenient, and the trainers were very friendly and experienced. Especially @Rehan was very professional and convenient in terms of providing any support and having the best learning throughout the modules.
