Since October I've been waiting for a refund that the ai bot Lisa says has been processed multiple times and it'll take 6-7 days but banks vary
..been waiting since October..... So contacted bank reported fraud and got my money bk. Use a disposable credit card if you need to use their services don't use a proper card they can scam you

Fast and easy even for someone like me who knows almost nothing about computer stuff.

Advertised free html to pdf conversion. Said it multiple time in their google listing and on their website.

Lies. Deceiving tactics. Will never use or look at pdfpaw again. You guys chose to lie to attract clients.

I paid $1.45 for a 5 day trial. On day 4, they billed Paypal 39.99 for a monthly subscription to which I never knowingly agreed. I notified Paypal and started reading on their website, sent them an email, and started a chat. Now "Lisa" in support claims it's all been cancelled, but I'll be watching my Paypal activity, and I'll use another service next time. Beware.

Ich hatte 2x nur ein Einzeldokument bearbeitet und dafür auch den Einzelpreis bezahlt. Leider hat man dann obwohl ich kein Abonnement eingegangen bin jeweils 39.99 Eur zusätzlich abgebucht. Allein das ist schon eine Frechheit und jetzt darf ich seit einem Monat meinem Geld hinterlaufen, obwohl man mein fälschliches Abo storniert hat und mir eine Rückzahlung bestätigt hat. Aber seit einem Monat zahlt man einfach nicht zur. Also hier ist Vorsicht geboten. Das sieht verdächtig nach Abzocke aus.
