No delivery tracking update from time…
No delivery tracking update from time of ordering. No advise on ETA. Just got an update from Ninja Van when the parcel arrived in the Phils. Took 10 days from ordering to delivery, acceptable if only tracking is accessible and updated.

Great Bag for Everyone
I have had trouble finding a comfortable bag as a large chested woman. This bag fits perfectly across my chest without looking awkward. I feel confident when wearing it without feeling like an eyesore. The whole purchase process has been great. I have recommended this bag to my friends.

Absolutely love my Peaksta. I travel a lot for work and this has all the compartments I need, very accessible and I feel safe with it on. I also like that it is very lightweight! I gifted the second one to my brother, who also travels a lot.

Excellent, Functional Bag
The only reason for the 4 stars is it took longer to arrive than expected. I want to say it took about 14 days; not sure if this is customary.
As for the bag, 5 stars! It traveled with me for 12 days. Very comfortable and convenient with zipper placements. With a bad neck, shoulder bags are often difficult to wear, but the ergonomics of this one were fabulous. It was easy to wear all day without a neck ache.
Perfect size for me, woman, 5’4” 120 lbs.

Questionable Company - Not Anymore
Ordered 4/22, emailed several times for update, as I received an email that it was shipped but tracking number can’t be tracked. Their email for so called customer service sucks and no number to talk to a real person. Basing on what I’ve read here, I am not hoping for something good at the end. I should have ordered the patagonia crossbody bag, with much better company reputation. Sometimes it is not worthy to give chances to new companies with no name as they can be just scammers.
Edit: My ordered finally arrived today, 13 days. Upon checking, they do say that international orders can take up to 14 days. Really convenient to use as your things are just in front you. Looks alright, 4/5 and quality 4/5 as well. So I am changing my rating.

Travel backpack not so good
I recently used this travel backpack on a trip from the USA to Europe. Ordering and receiving the travel backpack went quite well. Exterior pockets and mesh pockets inside are good. The backpack was difficult to pack. The vacuum bag part did not allow for as many clothes as the video suggested. The videos of how it packed were misleading. It was difficult to place items on top of or around the vacuum bag. The luggage sleeve was too small to fit over my luggage handle and the water bottle pocket allowed for only a narrow water bottle. I did not find any advantage to using the vacuum bag. Finally, there was no where on the website to contact them. The contact link went to a dead end as did the email address I found. That is very shoddy customer service. If there was a way to return it at this point I would do so.
