Shipping communication was poor it got here the day before I left luckily but I had to order back up. Use of it on my trip. Not my favorite. The slim design did not work for me personally. As I had more things I needed to carry than the item would fit. I had to use carabiners for my camera and water bottle. I would not purchase again.

The Slim Carry 2 is built for everyday essentials and light travel, so for heavier loads with camera gear and larger water bottles it may not be the right fit, and we should make that clearer upfront.

To me it's actually a very good bag
To me it's actually a very good bag. My only problem is the sling is for left shoulder only. I was hoping it was for right shoulder. My bad. But other than that, it a very good bag.

This is my second order of the Peaksta slim carry 2 bag. I ordered a second set even when I haven't received the first one yet. I read the reviews, and did comparison with other crossbody bags on the market, and I was convinced this was the best of the lot. And boy was I right. I checked the first set I received and they ticked all the boxes. The bag was well made. But as I have commented in a previous review, they must have forgotten to put a label. While other bags of lesser quality have brand names even. Also, I received only (1) RFID wallet but that's a minor issue only. If it has a label I would have given 5 stars 😊

Hi, and thank you for the repeat order and the kind words. It means a lot that you compared us against the field and still came back for a second set before the first even landed.
On the label: that is actually a deliberate choice. We went with a clean, unbranded exterior because many of our customers prefer a minimalist look without logos on display. I understand it can read as "unfinished" when other bags show their brand name, so it is genuinely useful feedback and something we are reviewing.
On the RFID wallet, that should have been a matching pair, so that one is on us. Reach out to our support team with your order number and we will get the missing one sent right away.

Bags never received, was told on its way, but nothing ...
I ordered 2 travel bags 2 months ago. It was supposed to have been sent, but it never arrived even though they say it did. Then they said it couldn't be delivered and was returned to them... not sure which is really the truth. I have been emailing back in forth since trying to get a status. They indicate they will resend the request to the fulfilment people... it still has not arrived. I have asked for a refund but I am not holding my breath. Too bad it looked to be a good bag and had good reviews, but not from my perspective. Lack of customer service follow through. UPDATE: Was happy to hear back from the founder of the company and oddly enough the day after I posted this review my bags arrived! Appreciate the follow up!

I love my new slim carry Peaksta. I bought my first for my trip overseas. It worked out so well,that I just bought two more in different colors when I got home. They fit everything I need to carry. The shoulder strap is very comfortable. They came on time for my next trip. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Why no Peaksta label?
Ordered the Peaksta slim carry 2 bag online and BOGO free. It was delivered 12 days from order. It was quite difficult to track the delivery process, just had to wait and have faith that it will come. I found the bag to be well made. Stitches were in place and the oxford material was quite thick but light. The zipper run smooth and has the inscription SBS. Hopefully it would be as dependable as YKK. Everything in the ad was there. I just wonder why there was no Peaksta label at all? Are they not proud of what they have achieved? There are many cheap look a likes at online shopping sites but do not have the RFID blocking function Peaksta claims. Inside was a small white tag that says Made in China, and the number 11. Yes it is a cross body bag that hugs to the body well like a pistol holster that it was patterned after. A 500ml water bottle fits well into the main compartment with ample space for other things. I am happy with my buy but the real test is bringing it along on my next travel, and testing its RFID blocking capacity as well.

You raise a fair point on the branding. We are absolutely proud of what we have built and you are right that it should show on the bag itself. We are currently working on an updated version of the Slim Carry 2 where the branding, labeling and a number of other details will be properly addressed, so that feedback lands at exactly the right moment.
On the tracking, we hear you and that is something we are improving as well. Glad the bag itself delivered on the material quality, stitching, fit and capacity. The RFID blocking is the real deal and we are confident it will hold up on your travels.
