Peaksta is a great company
Peaksta is a great company . I purchased the slim sling bag and it is a great bag. There was one issue though, the snap that enclosed the cellphone pocket is sewn poorly. It is not secure, and flops a bit. Except for that, the slim bag is wonderful. For the purchase cost of the bag, expecting all sewn on items to be securely finished.

Exceeds my expectations
I am incredibly happy with my purchase of the Peaksta travel sling bag. It is exactly as advertised, and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship is absolutely excellent.
Because it ships from overseas, the delivery took a little bit longer than local shipping, but that was completely understandable and well worth the wait. The bag is durable, stylish, and perfect for travel. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable, high-quality sling bag!

ETD is important

Extremely dissatisfied/scamy
Extremely dissatisfied/scamy. I ordered 3. One arrived with the front snap already broken. Bag size is way smaller than advertisement implied, hardly anything fits except credit cards, passport, cash, phone... flat items. I requested to return items. I expected at least for them to replace the damaged one. After two email to customer service, they turned out to be located in the Netherlands... They "offer you a 10% refund as a gesture of appreciation, and you can keep the bag. Many customers who initially considered returning it found it useful for everyday carry or even gifted it to a friend or family member". Entire experience is a joke and not even worth the money or a gift.
UPDATED REVIEW: "Walter, Co founder" never responds back to you as he requests a response! They make it sound like they will do something, but the Same customer service people responds. After every time you continue to write back because dissatisfaction is going nowhere, they will offer you 10%, 20% 30% credit. Bottom line, they don't want there own product back!!!

I will personally look into your case and make sure you get a resolution that is fair, whether that is a replacement for the damaged bag or a refund that actually reflects what you deserve.

Not as expected.
Saw many adverts and was excited to buy the bags but when I saw the physical bag, I was quite disappointed... The orange color bag looked more like a safety vest.
The bags also could not fit a lot of items. If you try to squeeze more then necessary, the zipper would not close and the bag would look really out of shape.
Bought one for one at $79.90. Shortly after I bought, saw a promo for $59.90.

Hi Grace, sorry to hear the phone pocket was too tight for your Android. The pocket is sized for most standard smartphones without a bulky case. If you are using a larger Android model or a thick case it can be a snug fit. A good workaround is using one of the other slip pockets for your phone.
