So I cancelled my Chinese import after complete radio silence and frankly poor customer service. At least the refund arrived quicker than the bike.Spoke to Pedible and what a difference. ordered and received my(mad) Maxima in no time at all. First ride today only 5 miles to get used to it and riding again. First impressions: the bike is total quality, parts, build everything you touch is solid, Comfort, on another level absolutely amazing, great easy rider driving position. On a completely different planet , not just a different level is the throttle, just amazing and so easy. Need a boost to get started, pulling away, up hills just wow. But, it is a lump and a half. Luckily I will only be cruising, nimble it is not. You do have to pre plan where you are going , but I quite like that reassurance anyway. I will definitely be fitting armour and flat out because it will be a mission and a half to sort out a puncture on the trails. Finally, ghost pedalling, that is something I need to get used to and manage with the gear change but that will come as I get back into the swing of thing. But a big thank you to Pedible and a 9/10 so far....

After extensive review of multiple e bike companies Pedibal more than exceeded my expectations. Customer service was second to none and the product (Navigator folding bike with full throttl ) arrived next day following my conversation with Mark and order placed. Mark was easily able to answer specific questions. The bike itself is well made with many features you would find with a more expensive brand. Versatile , comfortable suspension seat post, easy to fold, fits in small hatchback. Seamless purchase from beginning to end, well done Pedipal.

Excellent customer service as usual, ordered a spare part, arrived within 3 days, full instruction, very clear. After service very good. Mark always responds to emails within a hour or so.

I haven't had time to contact the DVLA
but it all seems cosher but I would like the DVLA to authenticate the document for the throttle
apart from that my Pedibal explorer is fantastic

After returning two previous e-bikes from different brands one being faulty, the other unable to support my requirements I then discovered Pedibal. Spent weeks watching YouTube reviews and one of the main things that stood out by reviewers was the fact the development of this particular bike catered a lot for less able or disabled riders. Coming from two previous stressful purchases I was a tad anxious. I contacted Pedibal and was greeted by Mark. Within a 10 minute conversation I was convinced this was not only the bike for me, but the brand was one I felt completely at ease with. I went through my employer to purchase the bike via the Cycle 2 Work scheme which was very straight forward. The entire process took a few days. As I was purchasing the Navigata with the pedal assist and throttle, Mark explained their process of having their stock pre-certified (to be road legal) educes delivery times on that particular model. The delivery took 1 day from point of the confirmed order! Super SUPER fast delivery service. On receipt of the bike which is completely built and ready to ride, I noticed it had the rear rack attached which I did not order. Mark replied to my enquiry within the hour to advise it was put on in error, apologised and offered it as a free gift. Although I was very grateful I did not need it and wouldn’t use it and offered to post it back to him. I did however need the bracket for the rear built in light. Mark, kindly offered to pop to my residence to drop off the bracket and collect the rear rack so I could ride the bike same day of delivery! Extraordinary service above and beyond. Mark has been absolutely amazing with answering questions. Pedibal customer service is the bar ALL customer facing business should strive towards. The bike itself is truly amazing. Some of the little features added you can tell have been carefully and meticulously thought out to give customers the best experience. The bike storage footprint is another massive highlight folding to cover a minimal footprint. Weight wise the bike isn’t light. But its not too heavy and comfortable enough for me to carry up 2 flights of stairs when folded. Given this is an area where my health struggles, it is very manageable for me. I use this bike daily for commuting to and from work (soon 6 miles round trip) and also at weekends riding to Richmond (appx 6 miles from where I live). The battery is efficient as I mix the throttle with manual pedal and the response in either is truly a wonderful experience. I have been riding this bike now for just over 2 weeks. It has already change my life in terms of my health (noticeable improvement) and my mental health. Pedibal have really thought this bike through and delivered something wonderfully fun and exciting. I hadn’t riden a bike since I was a child, decades ago. Riding the Naigata MK2 brought back all those amazing feelings I had as a child, I am now being able to experience again as an adult. I even divert from my usual routes to go the long way just to get more ride time on it. This bike has everything I need and everything I could think of I would want from an e-Bike. Even the accessories Pedibal offer look exceptional and carefully crafted to add to the experience of the product buying from Pedibal. Thank you Mark for all your help and support. You have made a customer for life. Very very happy with my Navigata MK2.

Purchased 2 x Navigata MkII bikes (two weeks apart) for myself and my wife with both delivered quickly, fully assembled and undamaged.
A request for one of the bikes to be fitted with short mudguards was no problem, with Mark answering and dealing with my request very promptly. Impressive customer service.
The overall build quality of the bikes appears excellent however after just 2 weeks of riding the bikes (on tarmac cycle paths); they have both developed some movement / play in the handlebar stem assembly which is a bit worrying! The play does not appear to be coming from the handlebar fold mechanism (located above the stem) so possibly faulty bearings in the stem!

Contacted and ordered on line and Pedibal could not have been more helpfull. I ordered my e-cruisa and it arrived within 5 days.
Fully road legal and the paperwork to prove it.
The bike is great, I found it a little difficult to get on it due to my hip replacements, ut is getting easier now, The twist throttle made all the differance as it is difficult for me to pedal. And i am quite happy to travel at 15. miles per hour.
Once again thank you Pedibal.
I will be back when i need anything else.
