I had my maintenance service just recently and they gave me the best service, as always... they are courteous, competent and always cordial... they made sure all issues I raised are sorted and the bike in perfect condition no matter how old the bike is... I am so please with the service and the bike itself that through the years it's always been a absolute joy to ride.

Received the products the next day. Great service and amazing quality bags for the bikes.

I actually ordered a bike online for delivery despite concerns that it might not be fully set up. In fact it arrived with everything correctly adjusted and a full battery. The website said 2 to 5 weeks delivery, actually came in 2 days (Navigata 2 with throttle).

Great company to order from and excellent service, not only did they fulfill my order requirements to the letter but they also attached the extras to the bikes. Fantastic.

Reacted to my enquiry very quickly, that it was for an item of low cost made no difference to getting it sent as soon as it could and in my hands.

Really pleased with my bike love it! It goes really well and had no issues with delivery or set up. Works great, can recommend only downside is I find it a little heavy and struggle folding away and putting up as it needs a bit of strength, which I don’t have as a pensioner with arthritis, but hubby does it for me easily.

Everything arrived all ready to go. Its quite heavy for lifting on and off train but the solid well engineered design can cope with a 14 stone lump like me hitting country lane potholes. The motor has great range and copes with all but the steepest roads although it might struggle if you live in the lake district! I cant fault it first rate design and customer service.

I ordered a Pedibal Navigata IIFolding Electric Bike - Long Range Lightweight Compact × 1 on a Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday. Lead time 2 - 5 weeks as it required a Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency
British National Type Approval Minister's Approval Certificate. This makes the twist throttle and the bike road legal. It arrived via DPD the following Wednesday. As soon as I ordered and the office was open I emailed to ask a rough ETA. I received a very prompt reply stating it was on its way with full DPD tracking details.

Why cannot other UK Companies operate using this customer centric model? Well done Pedibal and such a great product. I have not stopped using it and find any excuse to get out on it. My other vehicle is a VW Camper so not brilliant for days to day use into town etc. The bike however is a different matter. Not to mention the bag I also purchased that is of great quality.

Had a problem with my 2 year oldnavigata so I contacted the team, they sent me some information and after diagnosing the fault I ordered the part from them, it arrived I fitted the part and all is now working as it should,very helpful company.

After a knee injury this bike has given me back my independence. So many e-bikes need to be pedalled but this one can also go with just a twist of the throttle and is road legal. It folds away easily and comes everywhere with me in our Motorhome. For less physically mobile people it’s a life saver but also perfect for motorhome travel.

From the very first point of contact - a phone enquiry whilst looking at Pedibal's website - the service and responsiveness have been impressive. I received sensible advice on which bike(s) and model would best suit our needs, the history and background of the company, agreement on delivery dates (I was trying to coincide it as a birthday gift) and an assurance that if I wanted more help, support was but a phone call or email away.
Throughout, Mark and Reeves have been great to deal with. In fact, I can't think of any company that has so exceeded customer expectations.
Whether you're new to electric, folding or cycling generally, I think you'll have to go a long way to get a better experience.
(And this is before I get to the bikes themselves - which will be the subject of a separate review once there's a few miles under our pedals.)

The pedibal navigata mkII is very well thought out. Excellent features as standard. Delivery is fast and support is efficient.

Honest and informative from the first phone call. Polite and knowledgeable at the first visit. They exceeded our expectations on the delivery. Boxed well and ready to go. My Navigata mk2 is now a part of us and our future plans on our narrowboat. Ticks every box we need it to. Added two rear panier bags on the rack supplied. A lock is essential as it gets so many admiring looks. Thank you all at Pedibal.

Purchased over 2 years ago and 2500 miles later same tires same brakes no breakdowns just plug it in charge it up and carry on. The single best thing I have ever bought. Love the grip throttle.

I ordered a Navigata MKII with throttle on a Monday early in March as I wanted it in time for my birthday in April, (thinking the max 5 weeks) and was surprised it arrived a week later.
First thing that I noticed was the box hand proper handles, not just holes but actual plastic handles.
The bike was well packaged, held in place. What amazed me after removing all the padding and packaging was that the bike was wrapped to prevent any possible scratches. Pedibal really cares about the bike arriving in pristine condition.
Fully built and ready to go out of the box, all that I did was insert the handlebar.
The upgrades on the MKII are well worth the extra imo.
The bike is gorgeous looking. Absolutely love the design and the mags are just the icing on the cake.

I took it for a quick test ride, the seat was comfortable, as are the grips.
It was quiet. No creaking (I also have a Colorway and that creaks constantly, I'd love a Navigata MK2 stem on my Colorway truthfully)
Folding the frame was amazingly easy. It was smooth and simple. Unfolding is also the same. The mechanism is absolutely brilliant (blows away my other ebike).
I love the stem riser for the handlebars. Feels very solid and secure. A three part process to unlock it but it's smooth and simple.

I have made some alterations but mostly for aesthetics. Black and red seat, red grips and as I'm in London quick release pedals that I can remove when locking it somewhere.
Also some mirrors for road cycling just an extra safety measure.

The throttle is a blessing. Brilliant at traffic lights to get going and makes me feel much more confident.

Done maybe 40-50 miles, hoping to use it a lot more in the warmer weather.

Overall love the design, love the display, love the quality feel.

Seems with the charity stuff and story of how they started this is a company that genuinely cares.
