We used Pellego surveryors for a level 3 survey on a house we are buying and also for a RICS valuation for a re-mortgage to pay off a HTB loan.

They were excellent, providing a detailed report for the level 3 survey and were quick to respond to any questions we had. They also called immediately after the survey to give a high level summary of their findings before they shared the report.

Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a house survey in SW london.
