Don’t buy it

Don’t buy it. This company is very Elizabeth Holmsey. They use pseudoscience to try to claim they are unique but no better than what you can buy at CVS. If you buy from them directly it becomes an auto renewing subscription and if you cancel they ll ignore it and keep charging you and shipping you product. I’ve just had to stop payment from my bank and am trying to ship back what they sent me in error and charged me for.

Don’t waste your money

This company sells probiotic supplements, which contain live bacteria. The company’s business address is in San Francisco, but my recent order shipped from Monterey, California where temperatures were over 100 degrees F. When I contacted the company to ask about the viability of the probiotic in these temperatures, they admitted they don’t use climate controlled trucks or warehouses and could not guarantee the quality of the product for which I paid $160. Yet they refused to cancel my order or issue a refund. Unfortunately, supplements are not regulated by the FDA. That means there is no law requiring that what is on the label is what’s in the bottle. As a medical doctor I try to buy supplements only from reputable companies. Unfortunately, in this case I got duped.

I’d like to clarify that our GLP-1 Probiotic is designed to be shelf-stable and able to withstand varying temperatures during shipping. While we recommend refrigeration after opening to preserve optimal potency, it is not required, and the product remains viable even if it arrives warm.

That said, we still want you to have a positive experience with our company, so we have processed a refund for your order. Please note, however, that for future orders, we cannot offer refunds for products that arrive warm, as they remain effective.

Steals Money!

I cancelled way back in May after 1 shipment of their ineffective product. They charged me again. I jumped through hoops to get a refund. Then they just charged me again and claim they didn't! I have a screen shot a bank records. Do NOT deal with this company.

I ordered a month's worth of GLP-1…

I ordered a month's worth of GLP-1 probiotic and it made me feel ill. I forgot to cancel and was charged for another one. It says if you contact within 24 hours they can cancel and refund. However, it's been 6 days and I've sent 2 emails, left 2 messages and even spoke with someone on Instagram. No one is contacting me back! Customer service is non-existent apparently. I just want to return my unopened package/product and get a refund.

I ordered weeks ago, received confirmation of order, still have not received product or reply to multiple emails.
Unfortunately email or sail mail is the only way to make contact.
I haven't taken the product long enough to offer a review on it. I'm out of product now so likely won't be able to answer that, but I certainly would give 0 stars for customer service for Pendulum Life Therapeutics!

Do not subscribe to Pendulum. I tried the Metabolic Daily but didn't notice a difference. So when it came time for my next shipment, I decided to cancel my membership. THEY MAKE IS AS DIFFICULT AS UNSUBSCRIBING FROM A PRINT MAGAZINE. Once you access your account it's easy to find the cancel subscription button, but once you hit it, nothing happens. And there is no customer service except a crappy popup that refers you to nothing helpful. When you do finally get to an email customer service form, they auto respond saying it will take 3 to 4 days to get to you, they are so busy. BUYER BEWARE, if you don't like it you'll be jumping through hoops get get away.

Product did not work for me. The real nightmare was trying to cancel! They make it impossible! No customer service!! I had to go through my bank to cancel! DO NOT GIVE YOUR PAYMENT INFO to them!

WON'T RESPOND TO QUERIES, NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, LATE OR NON-DELIVERY

This company shipped an order without ever answering my questions about whether it was the right product for me. I'm out $120. They don't answer any queries. Where is the much-praised customer service? Reviews lauding it must have been plants. PS Once this review went up - may have been a coincidence - they got in touch with a polite note. The order also arrived. They are refunding my money as a courtesy.

Never shipped

Ordered in early October, selecting FedEx 2-Day shipping. Order still has not been shipped, even though Customer Service assured me it would be shipped 11/20 after contacting them - unannounced shipping delays on their part. Feeling scammed and will never order from this company again. Update: they eventually shipped it at the end of November after I had to contact them again. Still don't recommend

Not a fan so far...

I am not happy with my experience with this company thus far. I ordered a bottle of probiotics on 10/8 and reached out on 10/13 to find out when my order would ship. I was told the product would ship early to mid November! No mention of this on their website at the time (it looks like they may have added this info AFTER I reached out). I was charged for this product nonetheless. Further, their ads are all over Instagram and FB promoting their product - still no mention of delayed shipping!
