Mixed experience overall. The laminate flooring in the main rooms looks great, but communication and service were disappointing.
We were charged unexpected extras that should have been agreed upfront, the job took twice as long as estimated, and the bathroom finish is poor—already lifting where it was laid over lino. Although they offered to return, after two failed attempts I chose to go elsewhere.
Some good workmanship, but let down by poor communication, delays, and unfinished work.

My visits to the shop were pleasant enough; I got a quote for carpets throughout the upstairs and stairs and landing and floor covering for kitchen and downstairs toilet. I paid the required deposit (over 1/3 of the cost) and paid the balance by bank transfer on the day they fitted the carpets/floor covering. The balance on the printed invoice that was left had been scribbled out and replaced by a handwritten balance …increased by over £200 …I rang on the day of the fitting to query it..no reply, I left a message..I left 2 further messages about the increase and the quality of the fitting and didn’t get a call back until 2 weeks later when I got a call to say I owed £1000…I owed nothing and gave them the bank transfer details… I tried to discuss the quality of the fitting and the very rude and argumentative lady I was dealing with handed me over to a man who was equally as argumentative.. he hung up on me and despite leaving another message I had no call back… the house was newly decorated right through and there is spray glue on the skirting… the paint on the door frames are covered in carpet fibre and the floor covering is extremely poorly fitted…the carpets were to also cover inside my fitted wardrobes but the fitter ‘didn’t have enough’. I won’t go in to the shop because of the confrontation I experienced on the phone… I will be paying for someone to come in and replace the floor covering properly. A very disappointing experience.

Have to say this is the 2nd time using these they are so accommodating asked if someone could measure up and fit a carpet soon as bed was arriving within 3 days the man came out that day measured up and carpet fitted within time frame ,lovely staff we will be using them definitely again highly recommended 👍

Fantastic quality great price but best thing carpet fitter we are both disabled and he couldn't have done more highly recommend.
