Very helpful customer service
Kelly was a great support in helping me to navigate ending my contract early (due to my own business needs changing). The information she provided was helpful and informative and she made the process feel less daunting.

Indifferent about the People Safe App
App seems to run ok to open. Badly affected by signal strength. Freezes if signal poor in your area. Needs a note function built into the app. On outreach, if you cant remember the postcode to log in, you need to search elsewhere for the information to log in. A notes option in the app, could copy and paste info across.
Also temperamental as I am using the phone in energy saving mode. Using this, the app can be glitchy and eat battery power.

Hello Mike - thank you for your feedback regarding our app. Currently, the Peoplesafe app doesn't offer a built-in feature for users to retain or store case management information. You may wish to raise this as a feature request with your manager or your organisation's Peoplesafe administrator. We will also pass the suggestion onto our Nexus technical team to consider for future updates.
Dedicated team have assisted in making our workers safer
John and Tessa have been great to work with. Both are extremely helpful and have always been there to answer any stupid questions that I have had, and there have been many! Their knowledge of the product is amazing and no ask has ever been too much with immediate responses from both. Their humour, dedication and support have been invaluable, often going above and beyond to help and turn up.
