If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is terrible. Worst customer service ever to be a company that grows through other businesses. We emailed them questions and instead of responding to the questions they said thank you they would be happy to answer them…then never did. WTF. We emailed them multiple times. They claim you will be assigned an account manager, that’s a lie. Whoever is behind the live chat knows nothing and isn’t helpful. I asked to see what a vial with a logo on it looks like, crickets.
They also claim that their products connect to your website. Which isn’t entirely factual. They do sync BUT you have to manually load them to your store. The inventory doesn’t sync so you have to keep and eye on that yourself and it seems they don’t have a lot of inventory.
The customer service for us was so bad we didn’t stick around to see what they were like with placing an actual order.
