This place is dishonest and deceptive.

I recently had an issue with my shipping address on an order and reached out to customer service. Lex handled my case promptly, resolved the address problem without any hassle, and even took the time to answer additional questions I had — all within a reasonable timeframe. That level of attentiveness is something I haven’t experienced with other companies. SKO clearly prioritizes their customers, and their service reflects it. Top-notch from start to finish.

I ordered a few items that I never received and they keep blaming fex instead of taking responsibility for it. When I ask for my items or money back I never got it because it's a no money refund policy and they didn't send me my items again because according to them it was fex fault. Great customer

Fast shipping, took a total of 4 days from my order to get to my front door. Got a COA report on it, been using the product for about 4 weeks now! For sure going to buy from them again!

I had a couple questions and concerns about my order. So I emailed them and much to my surprise. They responded very fast and continued to reply after each email. Super friendly and helpful.
This was my first time ordering from them. I’ll leave another review after I receive my order. It said 2 day shipping so we’ll see how long it takes to get it.

DO NOT ORDER IF FROM CANADA ! Will not pass customs and costumer service “can’t do anything until they get the package back” (which can take over a month), and even then they are saying they will “see what they can do then”. Lost 400$ CAD. PROPER, REPUTABLE INTERNATIONAL SELLERS HAVE CLEAR CUSTOMS REFUSAL POLICY, which they do not.

Reached out to verify the checkout process went through, got an an answer almost instantly. Super attentive and fast shipping. 10/10
