Ali & Jake are absolutely amazing they help you out when you have no clue what to buy.
There is no pressure from them and they are always available via what’s app whenever you need it regardless of the time or day . Can’t recommend them enough and would never pass them for any other company regardless if the other site is cheaper which I doubt because these guys are fair and honest.
Believe me they have a lot of patience because I am one of the worst customers going always asking and they never make you feel awkward for asking anything however stupid it is .
This company is excellent, found them through one of their affiliates on TikTok and would highly recommend, have had about 6 orders over the last couple months, excellent customer service, next day delivery, everything comes with all necessary extras, well packaged and Royal Mail tracked delivery, highly recommended! A few more discount codes wouldn’t go amiss! 😂
I switched from a website that was 3 times as expensive and needed a payment plan commitment. At first I was a little nervous but I can honestly say this is an absolutely amazing company. Customer service is incredible! not only that but i have been on R for less than a month and have already lost close to a stone! From 10stone 8 to 9stone 10, highly recommend
From my very first contact, peplabs and team have been sooo transparent, helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have - whether it be big or small. They go above and beyond to send voice notes too :) There was one tiny error that was made and literally it was resolved in a matter of an hour (if even that). I would honestly give them more stars if I could!

Excellent customer service. Has gone above and beyond. Was sent out the next day, received items however one was damaged ( not their fault). Contacted them to explain this and was sent out a new item straight away. Will be ordering again once I have ran out.
