We purchased windows and doors from Perfect Home (perfecthome.ie), and while the initial purchase seemed straightforward, the experience has turned into an absolute nightmare due to their completely nonexistent customer service and aftercare.
​Back in January, we noticed a clear fault with one of our doors. To give credit where it's due, they did eventually inspect it, acknowledge the fault, and promise that a replacement door would be provided. However, that is where any professional conduct ended.
​Since someone came out to remeasure the faulty door on May 22nd, we have heard zero communication from the company. We have made countless attempts to get an update through every channel available—phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and voice messages—and every single one has been completely ignored.
​It is now months later, and we are left with a faulty door, zero updates, and zero accountability from their team. No one answers, no one follows up, and no one comes out to fix the issue.
​If you are thinking about using Perfect Home for your windows and doors, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Their communication is abysmal, and their aftercare is quite simply appalling. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own.

I am extremely happy with the work completed by the team from Perfect Home Windows & Doors. Janusz, Ricardo, and Daniel did an outstanding job fitting three huge triple-glazed windows in my home.

Their attention to detail was incredible from start to finish, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. They worked with great professionalism, were punctual, courteous, and kept the work area exceptionally clean throughout the installation process.
The quality of their workmanship is excellent, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality window installation.

House built 20 years and some windows were draughty. Perfect homes came did an audit of all windows and doors and gave price which was very reasonable. Came following week replaced all seals and 7 hinges. Left the house spotless.

I have had Perfect Home replace the front door and a window thus far. The service is great and they always reply promptly to any questions you have. Tomas put the replacement pane in today in less than an hour, and as usual - left the place spotless! Have since recommended them to family and friends.

Other companies I got a quote from said a yellow door wasn’t possible but Perfect Homes said no problem and I got my door. I wanted my back door opening outwards, again no problem!
The installation took only a day and the house was left immaculate. The fitters were really friendly and were so no nice, Simon even fitted my wall mounted post box which was really good of him! I would highly recommend this company and of course my windows and doors look great!

We absolutely love this company ❤️ they replaced our all doors 6years ago and we wanted them again to replace the windows.the frames look solid and have a nice design. We took triple- glazed windows and we can already feel the difference. The team replaced our windows very quickly and efficiently. From speaking with Voytek. We dealt with a very friendly and professional team. We ordered two doors a Palladio front door and UPVC back door. 8 weeks delivery time. Daniel our fitter was very thorough. He was there for a day and half. All work carried out by him was perfect. Arrived each day on time. His work was very clean and tidy-on the job. Would highly recommend Perfect Home. And will be using again in the future.

I had two doors replaced by Perfect Home during the summer. Initially, everything seemed fine, and the installation appeared neat and professional.
However, once the weather turned colder, it became clear that one of the doors had not been fitted properly. There is a significant draft coming through — noticeably worse than with the old door it replaced. A properly installed new door should improve insulation, not make it worse.
I contacted them about the issue and was told someone would come out to adjust the door. An appointment was arranged, but no one showed up. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered and my messages have been ignored.
It’s extremely disappointing to receive this level of aftercare, especially after paying for what should have been a quality installation. Good customer service doesn’t end once payment has been made. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Perfect Home.

Would highly recommend luckas who fitted window hinges, seals, locks along with 2 door handles. He came on time, worked without any trouble cleaned up afterwards. He was polite and resspecful, an asset to the company no doubt...

Like all that have gone before me have said, the service by the perfect home team is at a really high level. We had a new door installed and we couldn’t be happier, the install job is extremely high quality and the team left the area immaculate when complete.

I had the front door replaced at my home by Perfect Home Windows. From the interactive design tool on the website through to the fitting of the door everything was extremely efficient. Their time estimates from the ordering of the door to the installation of the door were spot on. The fitters did a great job including the finishing plaster work around the doorway and leaving no mess for me to clean up. Also they took away the old door and frame. We have two windows which the opening cut the electrical Internet cables under the gutters ,they made the new one for me in two days to install them on without any additional charge.

Perfect home were great. We had draughty windows. They came out, did an assessment and found that a number of the hinges were broken. They then fixed these and tightened the seals on others. Great result and highly recommended.
