Responsive and Profesional-Perfect Home Windows
Im using Perfect Home Windows for all my construction projects. Their product is very good but most important their team is responsive and professional.
I often refer them to my clients that are happy and thankful for recommendation.
Added bonus is that guys do servicing of other brands and seams to learn alot on what not to use in their own product.
Thank you guys for your ongoing help and professionalism.

Great service
The door was as we expected and we are very happy with it.
They took care of everything and the installation was very clean. Radek the fitter was very polite and professional.

Very happy with our new doors
We’ve used PerfectHome on two occasions, to fix our sliding doors and to install our new Palladio door. Everything from the first email, quote, and measurement to the fitting was done to a very high standard. Communication was great and Voytek was very helpful. Radek did a brilliant job when fitting our new door.
We will return to them for sure and would recommend them to all our friends.

Very happy with our new windows and doors
We are very happy with our new windows and two new doors. We have used PerfectHome several times now and would definitely return to them if we ever needed to again in the future.
Voytek and Natalie in the back office were always quick in response to any queries and the two Simons did a really great job leaving our home clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Would highly recommend.

Pricing and speed
My experience with PerfectHome.ie was fantastic. They were really quick to come and do the initial measurements and the install was done to a really high standard.
They were also the best value for money after pricing 5/6 different companies for the same door.

Thank you! Your door frame got damaged in transport but we managed to source new one within 10 days (I think) so all good in the end. We did the installation before the wall insulation. Happy Days. Come back to us for the windows replacement in couple years... :-)

Very happy with my new windows and doors excellent service .We dealt with Voytek who was very helpful and the two Simons did the fitting they were excellent and very neat and tidy .We would highly recommend Perfect Home and Windows

Poor communication
I ordered and paid 50% of the amount for front house doors and 3 windows at the end of September.
I was informed that the installation deadline was between 9 to 13 weeks (deadline 24/12/2024). I informed them that I needed them installed before 20/12/2024 and they assured me that the service would be done before that.
So, I have been asking for an installation date since the beginning of November and so far NOTHING. They contacted me only on 13 December to schedule a date for the service to be performed.
Lack of commitment, professionalism and respect for customers.
The job was done on 19 of December. They arrived almost an hour later than they said they would be. The guys were friendly however they left the door with one scratch I asked a door viewpoint and they didn't bring on.
The communication between customers, office and workers is really bad. There are some issues they have to change to not lose customers.

Thank you for the review. We are trying to improve our processes every day so every feedback is important. I'm glad we managed to install the windows and door before Christmas (on time) and we are working hard on our responsiveness to queries (especially when clients are asking for updates). So I'm really happy with this 3* review. We learned a lot from this job!
