We ordered a Grandeur Modern Solar House Number Sign With Solar Light Door Name Plaque in November and still don’t have a functioning house sign. The first one didn’t arrive - the second one arrived 16 December and was installed a week later. The solar light worked for 24 hours only. We emailed PHS on 31 December and received an unsatisfactory response - several emails later an offer was made on 8/1/25 to replace just the solar light which was not a reasonable solution so we requested a complete new sign - we’re still waiting. The product is totally unfit for purpose.

The item arrived unassembled, with double sided tape to fix the light to the plastic sign. This is not suitable in wet climates as the rain with get behind the light and the tape will fail and light will fall off. The only suitable way to secure the lamp to the plastic is to use screws and drill holes to suit.

It was a brilliant sign but I have had to put a screw in the middle to secure it as the bungs on the back don’t hold it well enough if it’s windy shame as the screw makes the look of the sign not very nice

Site was easy to buy from but the actual sign doesn't seem to live up to what it says. I did contact seller with my concerns due to the light working 1st nite then absolutely nothing not even a flicker. I done everything was told to do but still nothing, I have resigned myself to having basically a sign with no light one saving grace the actual sign is quite nice to look at

Don't waste your time or money, it's not even worthy of the dialogue of nonsense experienced.

This company uses Amazon for delivery and the wrong address was set for the delivery. Amazon said that they couldn’t change the address it was up to the sending company.
To get Perfect House Signs to amend the details, I wrote emails, numerous, I phoned 10 times. They never responded.
This must be the company with the worst customer service in England.
If I had to do it again, I would choose a different company and advise you to do the same.
I gave the company two stars as the sign eventually arrived, my ex-neighbour had to post it to me.
Beware.

I ordered a door sign for my daughter the wrong one was sent ,they said they would correct it and never got back to me , even after several emails I was just ignored not good customer service at all, I was pleased with mine so ordered one for my daughter bitterly disappointed .

Quick and effective ordering and delivery. The product looks good, but I have not yet fitted it to the house.

Sign looks lovely on the house wall but the solar light is very intermittent. Im awaiting a reply about this. It seems faulty.

Product delivered on time. It is a smart and hopefully long lasting product which I look forward to putting it up.
