After looking at a number of websites offering memorial jewelry, I felt that Perfect Memorials had what I was looking for in terms of styles, quality and price. I wanted several different pendants for myself so that I could carry a tiny amount of my husband's ashes with me. I ordered:
- the Sparkle Teardrop in Sterling Silver and a 24" Solid Sterling Silver Twist Chain
- the Jazzy Teardrop in 14k Gold Vermeil and a 24" Gold Plated Snake Chain, and
- A Piece of My Heart in Rose Gold and a 24" Black Satin Cording
I placed my order on a Tuesday evening and it was shipped the following day. The package arrived within a few days.
The filling kit was fine for the job and very easy to use with clear instructions. A second pair of hands would have been useful, but I managed and I'm very happy with how everything went.
Since I haven't been wearing necklaces for quite a while, people notice my pendants and ask about them.
I made the right choice when I purchased from Perfect Memorials and my necklaces are truly that.

Placed an order for a 14KT gold heart with diamonds back in December. Cost $1,300.00, emailed and called numerous times, no response. Very disappointed, especially since it was for my Moms ashes and paid for upfront! Stupid on my part! Plus I have 4 different order numbers! Just want my money back so I can order elswhere! NO EXPLAINATION WHY THEY ARE TAKING A BREAK! 3 MONTHS AND COUNTING! NOW THERE WEBSITE IS DOWN!!! FUNNY I WAS JUST ON THERE ABOUT AN HOUR AGO!!!

This company claims to make jewelry that is engraved with your loved ones fingerprint. I ordered a necklace from them with my mother's fingerprint. On the website the necklace that was shown looks as if it's engraved with the fingerprint but when I received the necklace it was obvious that they just brushed some powder on the necklace. In addition to fingerprint was much larger than that of my mother so I know it wasn't hers. I think it's absolutely disgusting that they are advertising a product that they clearly have no intention to deliver and do not answer phone calls. In addition due to their return policy once they engrave something even if it is not the item that you ordered you are not able to get a refund.

The urn that I received from them was of decent quality. However, my advice is to definitely not fall for the beautiful images they have of the jewelry on their website it's a scam!

I ORDERED 2 URN NECKLACE BUT RECEIVED ONLY 1 FILLING KIT!! Instead of the METAL FUNNEL, which was shown in the advertisement,THEY ADDED A TOOTHPICK AND PAPER FUNNEL!! 🙄😵‍💫 IS THIS A SICK JOKE?? 😡😡😡🤬🤬

When I saw the weeping angel urn I knew it was perfect for my beloved Son. The order process was smooth and everyone responded to my emails very quickly. Sean was very helpful. They very quickly engraved my plaque and sent me a proof. I received my, nicely packaged urn a week after the order. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

This was my 8th purchase from them over the years. Even though there was a mix up on the last order it was rectified extreamly quickly. The people on the phone are always so nice and the quality of the products have made me very pleased. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased the Traditional Cross Urns. The ordering process went smooth over the phone. The urns arrived via FedEx in a timely manner. My only disappointment was concerning the finish on the insides of the two urns. The finish was rough with a few sharp edges around a weld. Our urns were made of aluminum. Other than that concern, we were well pleased with what we got for our money.

My father and I went through various websites before choosing Perfect Memorials and I can't even put into words what a beautiful decision this turned out to be for our family. We made the order over the Memorial Day weekend and it arrived in perfect condition yesterday.(the 2nd) We highly recommend this company.
