I have been checking into the Shop App…

I have been checking into the Shop App to see when it was going to be delivered but it didn’t update.
I checked today and it still said nothing.
I put some rubbish in the bin at the front of the house and I saw the box sitting there behind one of the brick beams.
I didn’t know the package was there and there was no text or email saying that the package had been delivered.
How would you feel as a customer? You have my phone number email address…. How could you do better and would you have been upset be this?

Great device that supports the needs of our family

Great device that supports the needs of our family and helping our children become independent whilst maintaining calm and sanity for the parents. I would like to see more icons to support schedules in children who don't read yet - eg picture of curtains to add to their schedule to open their curtains in the morning. Also, I would love to see the calendar have a feature similar to the schedule where each family member has their own column.

Beware of the rolling subscription

Overpriced subscription that rolled on from when I first purchased the frame. I am so furious that there was not an easy option to opt out of the renewal.

Excellent after sales support!

Having an encountered a problem with my usually excellent Skylight frame I reached out to the support team. The response was quick, pleasant and helpful. Various solutions were offered and tried, unfortunately unsuccessfully. After which a replacement was quickly despatched and received at our new address. So impressed with, and very grateful for, such excellent, helpful and understanding after sales service. Thank you!

Beyond Amazing Customer Service and Product

I do not often write reviews but the customer service we received from Skylight was beyond amazing. We had broken the frame and contacted customer service by email, expecting this to be a long drawn out response and in all honesty didn't have any hope that they would help us as we had purchased the frame a few months ago. They responded straight away to see how they could help and resolved our issue to the highest level and we were delighted. They went over and above with the care shown and I would highly recommend them and their products to anyone and wouldn't hesitate in purchasing from them again. The Frame is absolutely amazing and given to Grandparents who love it.

The shipping takes too long

The shipping takes too long, and the tracking isn't working.

If I ordered through JB hifi I would have it by now.

The Skylight Calendar is a great…

The Skylight Calendar is a great concept and the hardware feels premium. It’s been really useful for organising our family routines, especially with kids.

Once set up properly, it works well and helps reduce daily prompting, which is exactly what we were looking for.

However, there are a few areas that still need improvement:
• Limited functionality in the mobile app compared to the device
• Task/routine management can be unintuitive
• No built-in event reminders (still need to rely on phones)

Overall, it’s a strong product with a lot of potential, but it feels like the software is still catching up to the hardware.

Looking forward to future updates.

Best piece of technology I own!

The skylight calendar is the best piece of tech I have ever brought. As a busy family having all of our information in 1 place is truly amazing, my favourite feature is side kick, screen grab an email from my children's school, all info uploaded in seconds! I have recommended skylight to several friends already.
