Perfumes gave me a headache but customer service was excellent in the end
*Edit*15/01/26- having left my one star review below, I was contacted by Patrick from Perfect Scent, the same day. We discovered that my email had gone to their spam. He apologised for the delay in responding and manually issued a full refund. My Revolut shows that I should receive the refund by 20/01/26. Now while I cannot give a five star review of the products, I can at least acknowledge the good customer service, once made aware of the problem . Although the scents were not for me, I still wish Patrick , Cian and their team the best going forward. Happy to update and report on a satisfactory conclusion. Original review-Having tried other Irish perfume companies and had positive experiences, I looked forward to trying out Perfect Scents so ordered their Build A Box with Ladylike, Sweet Dreams, Very Demure and Artic Breeze. Unfortunately upon spraying, I quickly found the scents unpleasant and headache inducing , which doesn’t normally happen. I reached out to the company using their email address and enquired as to their returns and refund policy on 8/1/26. Alas, I’ve received no response from them as of today 13/1/26. I like to support small Irish companies and am loath to leave a one star review , but I feel I have been fair in trying to give Perfect Scents a chance to put things right and engage with this dissatisfied customer.
