The beds are good but please give an individual the opportunity to choose delivery date,some of us work or at least give actual date of delivery a few days after purchase so that one can take day off and plan for delivery.and the bad part is you tell someone a the day before late and it becomes difficult to even make a plan to be home for the delivery.Also try and get the service of delivering at least in preffered room not to say we just deliver at doorstep.. really was disappointed by all this....

The bed is one of the best purchases i have made in a long time, looks great and the quality is second to none. Drawers on bed are ideal size to store my shoes and bags

The bed is strong and the quality is great. I payed extra for reinforced base and floor standing head board, to which has truly given the bed superior strength. I'm sure it would be just as good without . All fabric was in good condition and two drawers on correct side. We was messaged to ask what side I would like drawers on and given a 2hr delivery time slot to which they asked if was convenient. Great all round really.

Great service. Was so impressed with my first order, with the bed and customer service ordered again for the guest room. Driver was very courteous, got a text before arrival so could make my way home from work.

I did initially rate my experience with Perfect Sleep Beds as 4 star as there was a small minor item not quite right but, after they sent me some spare parts, I didn't actually ask for, I feel they have earnt the extra 1 star for excellent customer service.

Excellent service. Parts were missing and had them delivered next day by Royal Mail special express delivery.

100% recommend this company if you are after a bed! Everything is excellent quality, from the design, to the service to the comfort - top notch quality. There’s also such a broad range of designs catered to suit everyone. I will definitely be coming back here in the future when I need to buy more beds!

Excellent product, very high quality and fast delivery

I paid bit extra to have the bed reinforced, however it does not seem to be sturdy at all. Mattress is OK. On good side, delivery was wery fast and driver contacted me ahead of delivery, but needed to drag the bed inside myself. Overall its okish.

I have bought many beds from Perfect Sleep Beds for my home and for my parents home, there all really good value for money. Fantastic quality and really nice to look at. The mega large headboards are beautiful and make a huge statement to the room. The price we saw compared to other bed related shops is a no brainier. Very easy to install, it’s pretty built and all you just need to connect them like two pieces of Lego. Easy peasy! Thank you Perfect Sleep Beds

The bed is luxury beautiful design Lara crushed velvet with Diamante head and foot board came with sliders my choice which I used a rubber hammer over the top of the cardboard doubled up to prevent damage the only downside is the plastic clips to hold it together again used rubber hammer to knock in where fabric is slightly gapped from the frame by the staples but have purchased the divan bolts to attach if I feel it's not secure over time it arrived earlier so swapped shifts to accommodate delivery was told of actual time eta on day and the driver helped me carry it upstairs very grateful best bed iv ever had quality at a great price
