I had a problem with the electric bakhoor burner, asked for support and the store owner left my message chat half completed and offered no solution. I will be approaching the payment provider for a refund as the product is not as I expected it to be and the level of service is simply not good enough.

This was a lovely product it was a very quick delivery too. I bought the Nabeel bakhoor alongside the electric burner. This fragrances the house very quickly only downside is that it burns for 90 seconds at a time switches off and you need to put it on again. Also after a couple of times of it being on it needs charging. Other than that, its a good way of fragrancing your home quickly as the bakhoor lasts for quite some time even after it has gone off.

I received my incense burner without a lid.
Got a replacement lid sent out on Friday 30th, and today is the 6th and still waiting.

Only gave 3 star because I got the main part of the item, if not it would have been a 1 star. Poor

Masha Allah my eburner and bakhoor were packaged perfectly, I got free delivery and it arrived 2 days after it was dispatched Alhamdulilah.
The owner is soo nice, courteous and helpful Allahumma baarik 10/10 and any and all questions and enquiries I had were addressed promptly and politely Alhamdulilah.

Others that have seen it are impressed interested in it and think its soo cute ,my friend posted a video of it in use on snap and insta and another sister is looking to purchase 1 now A.l. so that's good.

I'll deffo be back when I run out of my Nabeel Nasaem Oudh insha Allah . If the delivery is still free of course 😉

I love my electric bakhoor burner and the fragrance is amazing ! I ordered for a gift to my friend but I kept it at the end 😊and ordered more boxes of incenses . The delivery was a bit slow because it was out of stock , but I received the burner in 10 days time . I ordered more few boxes incenses and the shipping was in 2 days . Excellent customer service and products. Highly recommend .

Bought an electric burner n some bakhoor for a gift. Arrived well packed n very quickly. I got a nice follow up text to check everything was ok. Update: item was faulty and received odd poor comms when trying to rectify. Would not recommend seller

Bakhor smelt of nothing in the box or burning threw it in the bin as not FIT for PURPOSE.
Creed perfume smells like watered-down Toilet Duck in fact Toilet Duck smells better ( in my opinion)
£23.57. Wasted...Save your money buy elsewhere.

I ordered the Black and Gold Electric Bukhoor burner; the owners rang me a few days later to say it was out of stock and can send a different colour to which I agreed, and it was delivered within a few days. I appreciated the customer service and honesty and the bukhoor burner is excellent-no need for coal anymore!

Got all my items on time. Alhamdulillah. Very happy with the item. Jazakallah khairun
