My personal go-to when I need my favorite oil sunscreen, Piz Buin. That said, I would purchase other products from them. Excellent prices and service. Deliveries are prompt. Highly recommended.

Very user friendly and received items in a reasonable timeframe.

Don't buy from Perfume's Club, they shipped damaged & aged products.

I bought 2 pairs of Sunglasses which were even worse than the display units, with dirt and damaged arms.

This was my first time buying from Perfume’s Club and everything went great. I had read some negative reviews and was a bit hesitant at first, but my order arrived on time and in perfect condition, with no issues at all.

I placed an order on November 18th. They're now telling me today that the order has been delivered when it clearly has not been, so I've lost nearly 900 pesos. Order says out for delivery on December 10th and all of a sudden today it's been delivered in Mexico. Delivery details don't even say which part of Mexico.
Please do not order from this company, you won't get what you ordered.
Total waste of money.

Item not delivered which they can clearly see on the tracking info and yet they are asking for a maze of paperwork. Will never order from again.

Warning: Don't do business with this unprofessional "mob". They are deceptive and misleading. They don't disclose hidden costs related to the source of the product. If you are in the US on this US site, the goods aren't necessarily coming from the US. Instead, they come from abroad and are subject to customs fees, which aren't disclosed, and there is no disclaimer to inform the customer at any point in the buying experience. If there is anything related to this, it's hidden and very hard for a reasonable person to know or figure out—non-transparent, deceptive and unprofessional business practices. There has to be some duty of care on additional costs made very clear. I'm a US buyer with a poor experience with this site. Stay away.

I warn everyone that purchases from this site to STAY AWAY!!!! They take 0 accountability for any missing, damaged, or even wrong items. They refuse to tape liquids/creams or even pack the flimsy boxes they use correctly in order to keep damage to a minimum. When contacted, they ask the most (honestly stupid) specific questions and try to play down your situation. At the end, after all the friction they cause they still offer nothing of what you’re asking for in terms of compensation and refuse to take accountability for their errors. Honestly the worst company I’ve worked with and I’ve dealt with hundreds of companies at this point. STAY. AWAY.

im not sure if this is the right forum but I wanted to warn folks about this website and their absolutely horrific customer service. As a repeat customer i placed another order for liquid shower gels and soaps, and apparently their international packing standards dont tape the tops to ensure they dont spill! one of the bottles arrived with 25% of it spilled and i sent them a courteous email with a picture and their response is beyond mind blowing.. asking me for ridiculous images of the most obscure angles of the box? pictures of the wrapping paper separate? pictures of the label of the box? Photo of the "broken item" , photos of the other items, photos of other protective paper , LOL!! After explaining to them i already sent a picture and that this is a bit much to ask for such a small claim , since the bottles were simply not taped , they go on to continue to demand all said photos to "correctly assess" the situation. I wasn't asking for much just a small compensation for the amount lost !

Absolutely ridiculous and I recommend you steer clear - their customer service , should you have any issues, is not the most accommodating.

BOX DAMAGED AGAIN.Product missing AGAIN.They will do what ever they can to not reimburse you.I should have learned the first time. I will now have to open multiple cases with Paypal.

They didn't fill out the paperwork correctly and I paid $72 for FDA (?) clearance. It was just face spf and some skin care, total order was only $300 with"free" UPS shipping. I won't buy there again.

This company is a scam. Have been waiting 3 mos for product. Not product and they won't provide a refund. Buyer beware.

Buyers be aware: SCAM Selling fake products: this place is a scam and sells fake products. I have purchased 3 Chanel cc creams that were promised to be authentic. They were not. They came in fake Chanel products boxes missing expiration dates and even the shades of the cc creams were not matched. Something completely different poured into what is supposed to be channel bottles. The worst part is that is impossible to ge them returned and get a refund. Customer service barely responds. They won’t give me a clear information on where to ship it back to. They keep saying that they don’t have courtiers in US.

Affordable prices, fast customer service

This company is a scam. I never received my package. I contacted Perfume’s Club customer service and there was no resolve. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I've used it 3 times and It worked out well for me. Company is based in Spain and i use It to buy some products i cannot find in the US. So far delivery was fast and I got all the products I ordered.

Horrible experience! I received an empty box! But the customer service asked me to file the carrier claim. The USPS only asks the sender to file the claim. The customer service team never answered my question! Totally scam! I wasted $170!

Be careful of possible fake products!
I ordered different L'Oréal París face cream, tried two and got chemical burns.
