I mean, I know it's their job to be that, but they did it cheerfully and without fail! There was always someone to pick up any question or task; they all seemed to know what was going on and were always able to move things along when we asked. And we were the buyers, not the sellers. So! We'd definitely recommend them wholeheartedly.

Great yeah, honest and weren't pushy

Perry Bishop were excellent throughout the move. Michelle kept us informed and was always on hand to answer questions and move things along. This was a long and difficult conveyancing process (due to other factors) but we were well supported by Perry Bishop throughout.

My partner and I have recently had the pleasure of buying our first home through Perry Bishop and can highly recommend their services. They were really responsive when we were viewing houses in the area, and Anne Marie led a fantastic viewing of what is now our home – unlike many estate agents we’d viewed properties with, she knew the property very well and could confidently answer our questions. Once our offer was accepted, Michelle was enormously helpful in progressing our sale, checking in regularly (without hounding us) and putting our queries through to the seller and getting answers across as quickly as possible. All in all it was a very smooth process which is a relief considering how much can go wrong in a house sale – and Perry Bishop were a huge part of making this a successful move. We have no complaints regarding the Sale of our house through Perry Bishop, their part of the process was the most professional part . I do have complaints with the whole process in the UK however, over the years it has gone from a 6 week procedure back in 1982 to a 6 month process now. It is lengthy disjointed and stressful. I say this from a position of having bought in another country which had no loop holes and can be completed in 3 weeks, it is time the UK git its act together to make the whole process work better

Just purchased a property and found the service at Perry Bishop to be exceptional. Dealt with Stephanie and Jade who both did all that they could to help proceed the sale as quickly as possible. Both were always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and were very knowledgeable and professional. We felt as though they were genuinely happy to help and pleased to be able to take the pressure off caused by solicitors delays. Would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises.

The staff (ladies) from the Stroud / Nailsworth branch did a great job with accompanied viewings. They were very kind and senstive to my mum following the loss of my dad (the reason for the sale of her home). They always kept me up to date with viewings and the proprty has now sold. Happy to recommend Perry Bishop.

We had one person dedicated to our house purchase which meant we were dealing with the same person all of the time. Jade was so supportive and helpful and kept in regular contact throughout the process. It made something so stressful feel less daunting just knowing the help was readily available. We would recommend Perry Bishop based on our experience.
