I cannot thank Mel at…

I cannot thank Mel at PersonalGuarantee.co.uk enough for the incredible support and expertise he provided during one of the most stressful periods of my life.

I found myself being pursued personally by Azzurro Associates, who had allegedly purchased a company debt from Cap On Tap  a brand owed by New Wave Capital. Despite the debt relating to a limited company, they aggressively pursued me as an individual, eventually taking the matter to court. Throughout the process, they disregarded my health issues and continued to press what I firmly believed was a completely baseless claim.

From the outset, Mel was calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to carefully review the details, clearly explained my position, and helped me understand the weaknesses in their case. His strategic guidance and unwavering support gave me the confidence to stand firm rather than feel pressured into settling something I did not owe.

Thanks to Mel’s expertise and dedication, the outcome could not have been better. I went to court with along with a McKenzie friend and I pleased to say Azzurro Associates lost the claim on all counts. Justice was served.

Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs.
Would of been cheaper to use a solicitor in the first place and seek a company that knows that they are talking about

Very sad to see this review on our work from a confirmed ex-client.

It is very rare, but being human we are bound to get things a little wrong sometimes and in that event, we always put our hands up and do our very best to remedy such a circumstance.

However, this is not the circumstances in this particular case.

Having helped over 3,000 people in 15 years in what is more often than not a very difficult and stressful time for the vast majority of our clients, with regard to this particular matter, a suitable response would be to quote a very famous person, “recollections may vary"!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Initially waited on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone, met with many promises and misleading information to try and sign me up, then met with aggression when I wanted to think more about the implications. Spoke to someone else who advised me these guys really cant do anything anyway, they can only take more of your money!

We are disappointed that you have not contacted us to validate your alleged service issue and accordingly, unless you can provide evidence to the contrary, we have to consider the possibility that your review maybe part of the same campaign referred to below, in which we have identified that we, along with other third parties (including a plc listed top 100 law firm), have been collectively subjected to a raft of malicious service reviews, primarily between September and November of 2019.

Due to the nature and pattern of such reviews and other information we have collated, we have collectively identified that there is a particular organisation that has instructed the publication of libellous and defamatory reviews. Under UK law there are harsh penalties for libellous and defamatory publications. By way of example one such review we received implicated a senior employee of our firm as being found guilty of a particularly odorous crime when it is clear that the person so guilty was not our employee. We and the other third parties are taking steps through independent cyber, court, civil and criminal process to bring to book those that publish and have instructed publication of such material.
