Andrew took plenty of time to analyse my position as the Personal Guarantees were very complicated. He very quickly formulated a plan and negotiated settlement of the P.Gs to my advantage even though it was a lengthy process. I have recently used the services of Personal Guarantees UK to assist me with the insolvency of my limited company.
I had appointed a liquidator who directed me to to get assistance with an overdrawn directors loan account and a loan I had guaranteed myself.
I have just settled the directors loan account for a reasonable amount.
