Even though the delivery service lost my package, Persenolazed Gifts Now's customer service was incredibly helpful. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. That gives me confidence, especially since I plan to order from them again. Thanks for the great service!
Ik heb een bestelling gedaan bij dit bedrijf via vakantieveilingen. Ik kon verzilveren en kreeg een code zodat ik korting kon krijgen op het item. Ik heb 119 euro betaald en zou 85 euro korting krijgen door het te verzilveren. Niets van dit alles. Ik kan ook geen contact met dit bedrijf krijgen en voel me belazerd. Bovendien kwam mijn buurvrouw met het nieuws dat je hetzelfde item voor 16 euro bij Temu kon kopen.
The courier lost my order and when reporting this to personalizedgifts they immediately arranged for a new product to be sent to me. It was delivered very soon after the original order should have been delivered. this is great service. Also the product I ordered looks amazing.
Bought a custom made lamp. First of all it smells like burning wood even weeks later. Second, the remote didn't work for the lamp. Emaild customer service about this and they keep saying they want videos of the lamp not working (what exactly do u want to see? It doesn't respond to the remote) then they say you need to use a very specific charger for the lamp or it can cause damage (there were no instructions send with the lamp so how is someone supposed to know that?)
The whole proces of my complaint just takes forever and they are being very unrealistic.
Had een artikel besteld waarbij iets was mis gegaan. Hierbij heb ik contact gezocht met de klantenservice. Deze mensen hebben mij goed geholpen aan een nieuw exemplaar. Het resultaat mag er zijn. Goed voorbeeld hou dit vast.
My first review wasn't to happy. But they reacted quickly. It seemed to be an issue in the site. Everything went as supposed. The product itself is beautiful en works wel. Easy to setup and a really happy girlfriend. It is a durable product that doesn't use much electricity at all. Count me a happy costumer, thanks
